Realbotix has the business but has been stuck riding a scooter on the OTC/Canadian markets. So instead of building a new car and getting it approved from scratch, Realbotix is taking over ONCO’s car, putting Realbotix on the steering wheel, and XBOT ends up owning roughly 75–90% of the car.
