$NSLR added more , trading at a 42% discount to NAV, covered my $ORBS short to fund this morning Also holding $PWRL trading at about a 30% discount to NAV All other comparable VC funds are trading at small discounts of 9% or less to premiums (like ORBS and $VCX ) Not really any rational reason for the disconnect other than liquidity differences

$NSLR 2 weeks 50% upside - what do you think? Catalysts: $OURA IPO Sept 30 Q3 preliminary report: Oct 7-9 (if bullish) OpenAI Funding Round $1.5T: October ?? CoreWeave holding also needs to go up to $120+ for fully bullish rise, this is holding that could close the December Note financing.

$NSLR I'm big NSLR bull as you can probably tell, it's #1 position in my portfolio by a lot!!! I just bought more shares and options during this dip. I did have some Sept options that got pwned but it doesn't matter, small loss relative to my gains in June. This is $20 stock year from now unless AI trade collapses & Apple whoops WHOOP's a**, which I don't see. If you look under the hood there's like 100's of private unicorn AI companies that at some point will want to IPO, they're running at valuations that could collectively replace whole S&P500. It's the golden era of private markets, that's where money is made in this cycle and NSLR is one of very few proxies for retail. TheStreet portfolio manager guy is a joke, he must have lost most of his paying subscribers after bagging them on Monday. It's dumb money exiting the good trade. Long.

$NSLR sell-off: justified or overdone? What stands out to me is the insiders’ skin in the game. • Klein: ~1.76M shares exposure • Klein bought 26,040 shares @ $9.60 • Falk bought 50,000 shares @ $10.22 just weeks after joining the Board • 81,040 insider shares bought in 2026 — ~$826K • NAV: $13.44/share vs. $7.86 market price Insiders aren't just holding stock — they are putting real money at risk and continuing to buy. In my opinion, the recent sell-off looks completely unjustified

$NSLR NAV at about $12.50 and they dumped LEARNEO for $10 million proceeds at a loss!! Which is nice, that position was tanking. Now they have another 10M to cover note payment. Overall good news.

$NSLR $PWRL granted today there is an AI sell off due to Anthropic and OpenAI wanting to slow development .. but that doesn’t explain why these two funds trade at a near 40% discount to NAV while $DXYZ $VCX and $ORBS are at or above NAV … never seen a disconnect quite like this .

$NSLR more WHOOP bad news, Apple will develop a screen less exercise band , basically the same thing. Only hope for Neostellar is that they sold some of their portion earlier, won’t find until they report this month

$NSLR 2.3 M volume in one hour for a stock that usually trades a couple hundred K shares all day. In olden days that would call for immediate PR from the management explaining what the fukk is going on. Nowadays no one gives a 💩

$NSLR For Schwab acct holders of NSLR. Chx your cost basis as they have moved NSLR to average cost basis even if you didn't tell them to do so. Total FUBAR! I have trades back to 2021 that have all been switched. I've been trying to fix since end of Sept. Still going back and forth.

$NSLR Woah, there are still bulls here? Even after they decided to completely screw shareholders and go with external management. They will literally be draining every last cent out of this gobbler and shareholders will never see another penny of distribution - it was the ENTIRE point of going external.
Cpak
$NSLR the main problem with this fund is that they stupidly put nearly 40% into a weak fitness watch company that Apple will be taking their customers left and right soon

$NSLR Gabelli funds, et.al., purchased $3.3mm+ / 1.9 mm shares over past two weeks w/ price $7.88-$10.09. (Schd. 13D/A).

$NSLR is a great example that NAV really doesn't matter that much, especially in a shorter time frame. And long term it should matter but then the fundamentals also might change.
Lysol_2
$NSLR OpenAI is slow tracking their IPO, AI-everything is in the doghouse these days...and to grow big, isnt the new management planning on a dilutive offering?
stevero
$NSLR Mark Klein WTF, look at the horrid performance since you announced that external management deal that rip-off must be part and parcel of this decimation.... WTF? Shares are -20% today.... 44% below the NAV. What a Crock of BS this Circus has turned into. Think maybe you've put too much into Whoop... how's that one developing for our benefit????
JOHNNY_DANGER
$NSLR Probably some HUGE news incoming that will push this over 15.00....see this all the time.
