$NN my Bat light came on. I saw you boys were panicking so I had to come in and give you a little peptalk: “Man looks in the abyss, there's nothing staring back at him. At that moment man finds his character. And that is what keeps him out of the abyss." wall street I think it’s a buy here and gets done this year - delay I can accept because political noise and election but spectrum getting repurposed 100%. It’s just going to be choppy and sloppy but it’s 70-100

THEY WILL BE CRYING WHEN WE BOOM - AND THE BOOM WILL HAPPEN. IDFK WHEN. BUT IT WILL. I PROMISE. I FUCKING PROMISE. HOLD THE FUCKING LINE. BUY MORE. WAIT IT OUT. ONE DAY, IN 2026 or 2027 or GOD FORBID 2028, OUR PATIENCE WILL BE REWARDED. OK ??????? OK????????????????????????? SELL IF YOU'RE PAPER HANDS. I'M FUCKING DIAMOND HANDS

$NN for both longs and shorts can we at least be honest that there must be real movement on the NPRM bc you are having random letters coming from a consortium of opponents days before an agenda update, one month in front of the midterms? Can we all agree that something is at least going on that would make the opponents worried enough to put something on the record... the low stock price is the hedge to the event... it's been dead money for 2 years... the co has 0 debt and 250+mm cash... still the same bet it's been for last few years but no ticking liquidity clock... we will grind higher in to next months agenda and do the dance all over again

$NN Congress has adjourned until Nov 9th, so that Womack amendment against NN is officially dead. Congress will have a lame duck session where no real business will get done except to pass a clean funding bill through the first few months of 2027. That clears the way for Carr to get our NPRM through in Oct. The OIRA process started in March, a draft NPRM has been circulating for months, no further opposition meetings have been held, and Elon Musk is pushing for action from the FCC. Now is our time, the path is clear...

$NN FINAL HOPIUM POST BEFORE I LEAVE THE BOARD UNTIL WE BOOM: $STRP tanked 50% 3 different times before it went 20 to 200 including just months before the boom. $ATEX tanked 50% just months before its final boom. $GSAT tanked 50% multiple times including just months before its final boom. This is the norm in these volatile spectrum stocks. Fundamentally, nothing has changed. $NN’s spectrum asset is more valuable than STRP ever was. We have hit some political headwinds - but all signs point to Carr wanting this done. And the biggest whales are all still in. It’s always darkest before dawn. The best investors buy fear and panic. Nothing in life is easy. And nobody gets rich from playing it safe. Hold. Buy. And never give up.

$NN I've said it before this reminds me so much of $GSAT waiting and waiting for the FCC. That one eventually paid out for me. I'm not sure I have the stomach for another long roller coaster ride but I'm definitely not selling down here.

$NN I have 10,202 shares at $16 a share currently. I'm not accepting any losses and riding out this narrative. I've been burned like this, pretty badly, in the past, but not by politics. I hope our fledgling administration can do the right thing. There's no harm in seeing if it works, the pros out weigh the cons, and it's clearly the greatest good for the greatest number at a discount to the people/gov; that is, the alt gps solution.

$NN I'm sorry to everyone I told to buy this putrid feckless fucking stock. Biggest mistake of my life. Got in at $2 in April 2023. Should've sold everything at $24 4 months ago. Not sure how we recover from this. We need news that has been stuck and overdue for months. News that gets less likely with each passing day. I am extremely down bad - contemplating life, unsure how to continue. I have nothing left to say but I am sorry. And if you don't hear from me again ...... well, I wish you all the best and hope that one day we do indeed go to the moon. It has long been said that for the New York Jets to succeed, Joe Namath needs to die. Perhaps the same can be said about $NN and DellCurryComputer. Godspeed brothers. And I am sorry.

$NN the sentiment for this name is at the lows. If no resolution by November, I think major holders begin to bail.My largest fear has always been the political climate and the corrupt administration. Will be a shame if politics override fundamentals and need, but won't be the first time

$NN Would it be good news if Howard Buskirk reported in late Friday's Communication Daily that Clear Street thinks an NPRM might arrive this week? Howard is the most respecter reporter and a well known figure at the FCC.

$NN stacking the deck right before things heat up in DC. Bringing on Miriam Soriano for gov affairs and Jay Markiewicz for biz dev is a solid play! https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20260922341674/en/NextNav-Expands-Leadership-Team-with-Two-Key-Hires

$NN so what we are in same place we have been for months with opposition getting louder…NPRM is on horizon… co has enough liquidity for 5 years now, stock down 50% last few months… shorts won the recent trade… risk/reward is getting asymmetric to the upside from here…

$NN Here’s how I see the implications: - Positive for spectrum value: A major buyer wants scarce low-band spectrum. That supports the argument that NN’s spectrum could have substantial commercial value if the FCC authorizes its proposed use. This is a valuation signal, not a price comparison. - Potential negative for a SpaceX deal: With another nationwide low-band portfolio available, SpaceX may have less urgency to buy or lease NN’s spectrum. That is my inference; the announcement says nothing about NextNav.

$NN i follow my expereince. I buy fear and capitualtion which i bellieve we have had over last several days. Possibly one leg lower, which I would add to. I bot a large amount under $11

$NN I feel like the OIRA process requires serious reform. The US doesn't stifle innovation and and the bureaucratic bottle neck should not fail innovation. US companies have a right to transparency in this process and not experience a black hole of silence and unknowns beyond OIRA's own legal limit of 90-days. There's an executive order on this limit, for crying out loud. Just think if the FDA did the same for life saving medicine.

Uid10Tengo
$NN Why would anyone anticipate an agenda when OIRA hasn't even signed off yet? Am I missing something? It seems like there's a clear path towards issuance of an NPRM, and it first starts with OIRA approval.

$NN Carr and Trusty comments just now line up nicely with NN's NPRM, although they of course didn't comment directly on it. Feels like we are getting closer, and with the completion of the Pueblo rail testing exercise, all the pieces should be in place for the OIRA process to conclude shortly.

$NN NN: NextNav initiated with a Buy at Clear Street Clear Street initiated coverage of NextNav with a Buy rating and $24 price target. NextNav is "a spectrum play" on a pending FCC swap to backstop GPS, says the analyst, who believes the risk/reward "heavily favors buyers" across a number of scenarios.
