$NIXX Anyone know why Nixxy’s Joe Conlon has not filed the Form 3 he’s required to file for the 50K RSU’s? Be helpful if I knew who he was exactly. I’m not sold he is the guy from Hastings, although that Joe Conlon has experience in Data Service building contractor services. He was supposed to filed within 10 Biz days of 9/3 and hasn’t.

$NIXX If it's a minimum bid price deficiency — Rule 5550(a)(2) for Capital Market / 5450(a)(1) for Global — here's the standard clock: 1. Trigger: Nasdaq only acts after the stock has closed below $1.00 for 30 consecutive business days. Then they send a Deficiency Notice. 2. First cure period: 180 calendar days from that notice to regain compliance.  Regaining compliance means your closing bid price is at least $1.00 for a minimum of 10 consecutive business days during that period. Nasdaq can require longer than 10 days at their discretion.  3. Second cure period — possible: If you don't cure in the first 180 days, you may be eligible for an additional 180 calendar days — up to 360 days total.  You typically get that second period if you meet all other initial listing requirements for the Capital Market (market value of public shares, etc.)

$NIXX The Sunk-Cost Trap Sometimes the hardest thing for an investor to admit is: “I made a bad investment.” Instead of accepting the loss, they become emotionally attached to the position. Pride takes over. Selling would mean admitting they were wrong, so they keep holding and hoping the stock somehow comes back and makes them whole. But the market doesn’t care what you paid. Your entry price doesn’t create value. Your conviction doesn’t create catalysts. And refusing to accept a loss doesn’t turn a dead thesis into a good investment. At some point, you have to separate what you lost from what the stock can realistically do from here. Otherwise, you’re not investing anymore — you’re trying to prove you were right.
