$NGEN Is there any other company even remotely close to NervGen's NVG-291? Because I've looked and they're only at animal studies. That's a decade or more behind Nervgen. And that is only if they have some promise. NVG-291 is already being proven effective. In humans. That is a major leap from rat studies. As anyone who follows pharma knows that rats often respond to treatments much easier/better than humans. The data gathered on NVG-291 alone is worth billions. The data will allow these peptide treatments to leapfrog years in advancements.

$NGEN I have that Yabushi guy blocked now, but saw the comments in your reshare and it's too funny, have to comment. The chart below shows some of the STRONG data produced from our phase 2. Do like I did, ask a mathematical model what the probability is that all of this just occured 'by chance'... the number I got just from picking three of these data points randomly was a 6 in a million chance or 0.000006 p value, lol. In other words, we know the drug is biologically active. So the purpose of the phase 3 is to ensure we're doing enough to eliminate 'statistical noise'. Going from a 20 person trial to a 150 person trial massively reduces the risk of statistical noise. By the way, ask your AI buddy why the FDA agreed to a trial design with 150 patients rather than 300 or 600+ (as is typical in CNS)... it is because the data from phase 2 was compelling enough that a much small would be sufficient to create a very high (95-99%) chance of statistical success.

$NGEN you have to be complete piece of shit to short this for nickel's and dimes when it could go up to 100$ a share in a year. How much of a tool do you have to be to wish the company that will help millions of people fails. Go back to scamming elderly people you broke bitch

$NGEN If you want to talk value for money, please show me another Biotech that has started an FDA sanctioned and approved ph 3 design trial with multiple prestigious medical centers around North America! This design was built on the phenomenal results of their ph 2 trial, going after a largely unmet need/treatment in spinal cord injuries and potentially many other neuroreparative conditions. AND have a market cap of under $200 million???????? Exactly! I predict this little known tiny Biotech will make major waves in the next 12 to 18 months and will probably be bought out by some lucky BP!

$NGEN $NGEN Welcome ! Glad to see a fellow $IBRX investor taking a look at biotechs best kept secret🥂 Love finding companies that have a miracle drug that can change the entire landscape of a field. Great entry price too!

$NGEN leerink R&D Day Supports Confidence in RESTORE Study ● Bottom line: NervGen’s R&D Day was constructive, and we came away incrementally more positive on the rationale and design of the Phase 3 RESTORE study in traumatic spinal cord injury (tSCI), specifically more confidence in the Phase 3 primary endpoint. Management provided additional scientific context supporting NVG-291’s mechanism of action, clarified why modest improvements in hand function can meaningfully improve patients’ lives, and gave more detail on the GRASSP Quantitative Prehension (QtP) measure, which is the primary endpoint of RESTORE. We believe RESTORE is well-designed to capture NVG-291’s potential benefit, with an FDA-aligned endpoint, the same chronic cervical motor-incomplete population studied in Phase 2a CONNECT, rigorous GRASSP standardization, and close monitoring of at-home dosing. We believe gain in hand function is important, and with over 300K patients with tSCI in the US alone, the unmet need is real.

$NGEN Lots of biotechs have enthusiastic management teams. Far fewer have clinical-trial participants and their families becoming organised advocates, going to Capitol Hill and pushing regulators to recognise meaningful recovery.

$NGEN Every time I model this, it pretty consistently comes back that Nervgen should have a market cap in the $400-$800M today (or simplify that as roughly $4-) share price today)... not after successful phase 3 read out but right now, having just started recruting what should be a highly efficient and streamlined phase 3 for a condition where patients have essentially no other viable options... on a successful phase 3, market cap should be in the billions (how many billions we can debate when we get there, lol) but suffice it to say that share price is undervalued by at least one order of magnitude...

$NGEN Well that is just ridiculous and totally incorrect!!! What exactly are you smoking??? Their ph 1/2 data was incredibly strong and if they get close to replicating this data in the ph 3(and management feels that the efficacy may even be stronger in the Restore trial), this stock is going to rocket! "Raising awareness"?????? Remember the FDA supported this data and their ph 3 design and approval. So if you have something accurate to report or comment on, that would be greatly appreciated....but baseless useless posts like yours just don't make any sense...buh bye!!!!

$NGEN Gotta be honest, the meeting was a difficult one to listen to with a number of heart-wrenching patient experience testimonies, but the entirety of the meeting reinforced for me two things; there is a an absolutely glaring unmet medical need in SCI and nothing that has come before has translated into sustainable improvements and nothing else meaningful seems to be at an actionable stage of development, we are these patients best hope.

$NGEN Here is confirmation that Clay is the individual who requested and gained access to continue taking NVG-291 through the expanded access program. I don't think we have had confirmation of this earlier... I may be mistaken.

$NGEN my biggest concern is that Big Pharma will stay away from NGEN until it’s much further along and quite successful on its own. Big Pharma doesn’t like cures! They’re all about care and the recurring revenues that implies. But 🤷 That being said, as a chronic SCI I’m psyched looking forward to getting NVG-291 treatment.

$NGEN I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many trial participants go to the media to share their stories. Hopefully, with 75 patients in Phase 3, we’ll see a flood of similar testimonials.

$NGEN RESTORE is officially recruiting. Lutherville, Maryland appears to be the first site recruiting, and people on Reddit are already reporting that they have received emails about the study.

$NGEN As of 4 October 2026, RESTORE has moved from planning/site-start-up into actual recruitment execution: On 29 September, the Phase 3 record changed from “Not Yet Recruiting” → “Recruiting.” At the 30 September R&D Day, Adam Rogers explicitly said NervGen had “officially begun screening patients following initial site activation this past week.” During Q&A he reinforced it: “We obviously just opened enrollment this week.” He said they expect “pretty robust recruitment” because of the large prevalent chronic-SCI population, broader geography and removal of the MEP eligibility hurdle that hampered CONNECT.

$NGEN So based on my previous post, the company is only looking for a very modest benefit to patients, for the trial to be a huge success! Based on this, the chances of a complete failure in the Restore trial is very low(but not zero). Of course if there were some miraculous results in this trial..... it would be difficult to put a value on the company. Again, I believe they will succeed and the risk is certainly worth the reward for me......I believe the share price will start to reflect this in the coming months! And if there are some huge wins(positive results) here in the trial participants....how do you keep that quiet? Could be an interesting year!

$NGEN Added again. I feel the same way about this one as I did when it was over 2 bucks so makes sense to add here.

$NGEN Volume feels quite low, meanwhile here I am feeling like a bunch of Mentos are poised to drop into a bottle of pop. Maybe I'm overly bullish, but I have a good feeling about September, and if not September, then December.
