$MTEK Weird error in what should have been a routine 13 filing. With outstanding shares up to 12,974,862 Ordinary Shares outstanding, Israel Bar's 2.7 million shares would put him down to 20.64% from 26% but there was a blunder on line Item 4(b) stating he had 1.66%. Clearly the share count didn't jump enough to knock him down to 1.66%; however, that number could have been a different slip. What if an acquiring company gave him 1.66% of the acquiring company via stock? Any one else have any theories other than a simple error on the filing?
