$MSLE Here is the phase 2 primaries. This is the study they moved from Q4 to Q1. They announced full enrollment on 9/30 so they physically will not have data by the EOY. 1 month for test and 3 months for dosing to the 1st readout. No conspiracy, just schedule slipped on recruitment. Safety yes, but also arm strength. For such a short duration, PBO will look steady (maybe up slightly due to PBU effect) and drug arm, if like the other previous small studioes, could have a solid jump. This would set them up well for a successful sttudy and a AA NDA.

$MSLE Ham, they announced on 9/30, that they completed enrollemnt, Was N=51 but they over recruited so now its 51+ but we don't know the exact number. The trial is 1M predose for test and dose at T+1M and at T+4M top line results. So that puts it earliest 1/31 +/- 1 or 2D. Prevously they said top line in Q4. It could only have been late Q4 bcs they've said recruitiment would be done iin Q4. So they slipped a coupel weeks for lord know what reason. I suppose they could have dosed all by 9/30 which put Top line at 12/31 (New years Eve) if they spend 0 hours accumulating the data. Relax its Jan most likely for a fullset of data.

$MSLE Pushed data back by a quarter claiming they want to do thorough analysis of the data. My reply is thorough analysis my ass. The top line data can be extracted out of the database in no time and doesn’t need a quarter. Release top line and then study the data for yrs if you wish. The trial had a primary and secondary end point. All one needs to know is did you meet those endpoints. There behavior suggests they really don’t have a clear feel for the drug.

$MSLE stated enrollment is complete for its BASECAMP Phase 2 DMD trial, targeting data readout in Q1 2027.

$MSLE I will say this. In my many years of losing $ left and right; NOW is the time fear is spread, to drive the price down before a major data release, ESP for a TAM as large as this one. I expect its even gonna get worse; the HF will not let this slide w/o some pain to go around before the phase 2 data release.
