Then after 10/29, other institutions are ALLOWED to buy in. Alyeska has a legal contract forbidding other large partners from buying in, which expires 10/29. Then it's game on 🛫

$MRLN today's unlock is circa 44 million shares involving 4 main entities. 100% going to drop price, which it did. And still could. Matt George has just under 15 million. He's not selling. I didn't think he would. The sponsor Bleichroeder's 8.8 million, acquired for less than a penny apiece. Definitely selling over next weeks, if not all sold today. FR Capital and Snowpoint: 12.3 and 8.3 million. Cost of their shares circa $2.30 (multiple rounds). So 29 million shares potentially entering the float. If you don't know how this works, you stay far away from spacs. If you do know, you can position yourself accordingly. A great 2027 defense play, imo.

shorts intimidate people all the time into not buying certain opportunity stocks. $MRLN posted at 1.78 near all time low of 1.7. if various analysts like Maxim group and canaccord Genuity put out recent buy ratings with target of 7+, why wouldn't you buy under 1.8? it may not go to 7+ so fast but should it move up? Absolutely. Buy the opportunity.

$MRLN I'm down 20% in a short space of time on my initial position. Probably should have sold when it broke down at 1.7 but I held and added more at 1.5. Interesting comments from the CEO on X. I'll hold for now. Could be an explosive recovery.

$MRLN Only 7.4% of shares sold today were at the bid, the only ones selling here, 79% sell-side prints since noon landed at their legal limited amount of .0001 over the bid. The current float is nearly 100% short and they're banking on the lockup shares getting dumped, the tutes know this and will wreck the shorts imo to get an easy 2x from here.

$MRLN Subtract the cash and the entire technology aspect of the business is trading below 60 million dollars. Wow. The problem is, there is nothing but cash burn on the radar. No revenue in sight.

$MRLN remember this was a SPAC. The terms are always devastating. Its what you risk getting going public on the fast way. SPACS historically do poorly after the intial pop. It takes a gr8 experienced management team to stand on its own and thrive. MRLN isnt dead yet. Just approaching critical. It may pull through and surprise us.

$MRLN Over 183M in cash alone. Current market cap is 200M. Do the math. Extremely undervalued and over sold.

$MRLN Rule of thumb when buying something that will 20-50x in the future. Never ever buy options, buy shares only. The premium is probably close to price per share and, you never have the ability to hold it for years to avoid capital gains tax. Made this mistake once. Never again.

$MRLN Nice gain today so far. Average analyst price target is 8.58. I’m holding this one for a nice swing trade.

$MRLN when the shorts smell blood in the water they tell their friends tocfeast. Hold strong. Theyve been successful till now. Theres not much more left. They usually findxanother sucker company to chop on. Thankfully cash isnt needed for a while. Management should be mindful they no longer have the windfall stockprice to easily secure cash. Otherwise youll see this on the penny stock sheet. Its up to them to save their baby from the sharks. Note this has zero to do with the potential and technology.

$MRLN so let me get this straight. They IPOed then a hedge fund rights up an article to attract investors (like me) for this to go from around $14 to under $2 in under 6 months? Tank it enough to lock in retail and then unleash the lockup. Shady scammy behavior. I’m still an investor here at $7 but I will not be adding anymore capital here. If this didn’t happen in order I’d be dollar cost averaging.
