$MOB and look at all the apparent insider trading. My view on this company is that it is now that it is not real and never will be. It is an idea. A promise that will never amount to anything meaningful. An excuse to keep on asset stripping from the markets. Only thing you can take to the bank is they will keep issuing shares and management will keep on issuing themselves discounted equity.

$MOB 200m placement .... 4x dilution at half the price management dumped their stock at, whilst telling us they did not need cash and were about to be cashflow positive. My words for this are: lying scumbags.

$MOB Unknown. Feels to me like Mobilicom was pretending it had viable, saleable tech & pretending it could be cashflow positive by around now so staff could offload most of their stock 'for tax reasons' at double today's price. Then it went quiet & we have seen two very telling tech updates in delayed reaction to competitors: 1) multiband to deal with jamming which they ought to already have if so called 'battle proven' in Ukraine. 2) speed upgrade as apparently thir SDR's cannot handle the video and telemetry data as other suppliers can. This sort of means to me that as the 40 odd design wins are locked into the old tech as that was part of the sales pitch (customers cannot swap out after approvals) .... that the 40 odd design wins will provide no significant forward contract revenue. Hence, at a $5OM cap, Mobilicom are attempting another massive $200M cash grab as this is likely their last chance ever to raise any capital from those that cannot see how they have been played yet.
