$MNTS so basically when this hits sub $1, they reverse split say 10 to 1. Say price goes from $0.8 to $8, the float would go from 20M shares to 2M shares. There is no problem yet. That’s not a big issue eventhough psychologically people would rather buy stocks at $0.8 rather than $8, but it’s okay ! The issue occurs when they announce a stock offering, say they’re selling 20M shares to JP Morgan. What happens to the stock ? Now the float goes back to 20M shares, the market capitalization stays the same because they pocket the money to fund their space program whatever they’re doing. Only scammy companies do this shit.
