$MMTLP 3 weeks ago, a massive fund fraud in Turkey’s stock market reportedly affected 1M peopleinvolving around $30B. In 2 weeks, the President stepped in.Authorities are investigating and actively seeking a solution. Meanwhile, $MMTLP investors have been waiting 4 years for resolution.

$MMTLP I bought into Torchlight the week of the merger date of record. I didn't own my stock a full week and already FINRA defrauded it by not closing shorts before they deleted the CUSIP. They pulled the same crime 18 months later on the same stock! I feel like a woman who is constantly getting raped by the mayor of a town, on the street, in front of everybody. And the police do nothing. Finally she takes the mayor to civil court and the judge says there is nothing wrong with the mayor raping her... and the raping continues. You do realize that it is completely illegal to counterfeit a non-trading stock? You do realize that 90 some brokers globally just did that? again.

$MMTLP E*Trade still saying they are waiting to receive the paper dividend shares from the company. I call B.S. Would bet they are part of the problem.

$MMTLP Torchlight had 110 million outstanding shares when it merged with MMAT, but TRCH Preferred (dividend) had 165 million shares because FINRA didn't close the shorts at the merger. Then, GTS Securities forged documents to trade TRCH dividend. They also counterfeited millions of shares of stock to initiate the trade. During the trade, MMTLP was naked shorted hundreds of millions of times. The stock was never spun off into NBH, because FINRA halted the trade that was doing that and deleted the CUSIP, so it couldn't happen. Then, brokers all over the world were cajoled into counterfeiting something like 800 million shares of Next Bridge Hydrocarbons and pretended those were the result of the spin-off that never happened. Finally, NBH did a share dividend this past June and didn't recognize the counterfeited spin-off shares. Now brokers have counterfeited the (30:1) NBH share dividend for the 800 million counterfeit shares that faked the spin-off. ... and the SEC has done nothing.

$MMTLP So, I'm talking to a customer service rep at Schwab and I am carrying on and on about all the crimes committed against Torchlight share holders... and I'm going over how GTS Securities secretly filled out the paperwork for Torchlight CEO and put the preferred share up for trade on the OTC... and how, once Torchlight discovered it, TRCH went to court and told them that they didn't file this S1, so stop this trade.... and how the court said, it is okay for GTS to forge legal documents, nothing wrong with that... and the Schwab CS started laughing; that's how bad this is.

$MMTLP 14,000 Watchers and I think I had a block about 13,000 of them! 😂 are these people paid just to spread fear?? WTF? 65,000 people’s lives have been upended and they have people here bashing and mocking us. I’m former military and the last four years I’ve had three surgeries for prostate cancer. Just remember Justice delayed is not justice denied. We need somebody with courage to step up and unlock the door to this nightmare. For all the people swindled by FINRA/SEC GARY GINSLER and ROBERT W. COOK I pray God intervenes to make us whole, and hold accountable those who perpetrated the greatest stock market manipulation in history!!!!

$MMTLP I am getting chills reliving this. Greg is saying what we all know. He is exposing the truth. Laura is doing an excelent job interviewing him, and providing a great platform to expose this crime that is frozen tin time. I could not be happier with this podcast. Serioulsy. Anyone that disagrees with me is not on our side. Period.

$MMTLP I hadn't checked my UBT account in a few weeks. I had 10,250 MMTLP/NBH shares before the dividend. I thought I'd NEVER receive any dividend shares with UBT. Sure as sh*t I just checked my UBT account and now have 10,592 supposed NBH shares. UBT manufactured those NBH dividend shares after all. Very interesting. Wish I knew the full story of what is actually happening behind the scenes. I know all of us do.

$MMTLP McCabe did a awesome job. Glad he mentioned the threats. Wish he mentioned University too. They discovered that oil and what university hates cash. Mmat not anything to do with him in the end but Uzi and the board were corrupted too. #Trump wants to drain the swamp this historic U3 and events around it are the way. In the end its not just a mmtlp, gme, gnus, amc, muln and mmat deal? the shorting system needs to go for the reason of offshore trading and naked shorting. Under Biden and gensler the short system got even more corrupt. I will take fire for mentioning Muln or whatever they are called now but they weren't a scam. I never owned a share but a friend did. Product was there but the attack was too aggressive for success. I'll take fire for this too but some of you with a 4 digit amount, it's not happening. Low 3 digits. Is it fair no but the U3 happened to protect 401k brokers. The shorts couldn't afford to pay what we saw and the hedges couldn't take the hit. Just my 2

$MMTLP Rememberand know what you own. 4 to 5 figures+ per share. They will eventually have to pay to make this go away. Alternatively they risk exposure of a country's corrupted financial system exposure, which they would rather keep hidden.

$MMTLP Lara is a great interviewer and her experience shows. Very detailed and professional. Imo the best mmtlp coverage. Asking questions for clarity, informing and educating non shareholders what happen to us. This was not an angry mob speaking over each other or venting. This podcast was very informative and educational for all the other retail stocks who feels cheated/not protected gme, amc etc
