$MGTX the whole sector has been destroyed the last couple of weeks. We actually have hung in there quite well (headed into this week). While I don’t believe we are in a prolonged hiking environment , bio’s are paying the price for this way of thinking. Longest duration paying the price. Just need to hunker down until sky clears. I don’t believe this weeks sell off has anything to do with Amgen or Beacon. As a matter of fact , I feel strongly we get XLRP across the finish line (all secondary endpoints met!). So many irons in the fire here. Don’t lament about getting in and out. Just stay the course and good things will happen. They already are.

$MGTX so far the only comparable data is % of LLVA >= 10. Beacon , high dose 48.3%, low 58.6% (weird pd profile) Mgtx , pooled cohort 45% Beacon out performed by a bit. I have always said Zandy (& JnJ) is too slow. I think the window for MGtX XLRP is PROBABLY passed. But need more data to compare.

$MGTX my guess is today’s weakness is related to Amgens “positive” p3 results to treat Sjogrens disease. Not a lot of data in release but nonetheless is moving Amgen stock higher. In the beginning of the week we had no competition in xlrp or bota vec. Now we do. lol. Anyway , not a lot of data to go off of , so hard to draw conclusions. But hoping we hear soon from MGTx to clear some things up.

$MGTX been here a long time and have a sizable position already. But adding this morning on the weaker PCE. I think now October hike off the table and we should reclaim our upward trajectory. I feel good about both of our late stage programs and think this stock is extremely compelling at this valuation.

$MGTX Alan M. Sebulsky joining the MeiraGTx board of directors is a positive, in my view; a pro of his tenure joining such a small company: he must think this is a special opportunity IMHO.

$MGTX chosen new board member Alan M. Sebulsky as a Class I director, effective Sept 23, 2026.

$MGTX Beacon was considerably more restrictive in patient selection, by age (between 12 and 50) vs older than 3, Meira and by vision characteristics. Given these diffrences the results are statistically the same. The FDA should really decide on acceptability of LLVA10 or low LLVA15 as a clinically meaningful result and accept both or reject both.

$MGTX This is a positive for MeiraGTx as it reinforces an increasing trend that the FDA is willing to approve AAV gene therapies for rare diseases when the totality of evidence is strong, which was the case here. Let's get that Bota-Vec BLA filed......

$MGTX Interesting release this a:m that new Board member Alan Sebulsky acquired 34,500 MeiraGTx shares via his investment vehicle Apothecary Capital. In addition to him receiving 100,000 RSU's via his appointment to the Board. Strong conviction.......

$MGTX i’m like Charlie Brown with the football. Every time MGTX hits a new high I tell myself I should sell a bit. I never do because I’m always thinking. Finally the value is gonna get recognized. Hopefully, we stay above 10 since we’re effectively dead money until the middle of next year.
