$MGNX A few thoughts: by mid-2026, 74 patients had been treated in the escalation phase... 22 of them with SCCHN. It is unknown how many of those 74 patients received a relevant dose (greater than 6 mg/kg). That is why I consider the data set for the ESMO presentation to be very small... the results would have to be exceptional in just a few patients to trigger even a minor market reaction... some data from the expansion phase will also be presented... but that can only offer a glimpse of the overall potential, given the very short patient follow-up... perhaps ADAM9 data by the end of the year—also from the escalation phase—where we might see proof-of-concept data... regarding safety and possibly even exceptional efficacy in lung cancer... Ezio Bonvini exercised some options and did not sell shares to cover tax obligations... let's see how MGNX develops further...

$MGNX so where are all the MGNX bulls, all the talk about large holders buying? The price action, down or at best flat every day ahead of ESMO is quite concerning, good to see ABBV with next ASC BTDs today, seemingly something only pharma/large biotech is capable to get

$MGNX Agree. $MGNX is a little late to the B7-H3 party but the efficacy we've seen is amazing. B7-H3 is proving to be a great target. It's nice B7-H3 is broadly expressed in many cancers so $MGNX should be able to find a few niches to stand out in.
