How do you feel about LUCD?

$LUCD Yesterday I had a nice conversation with a physician friend of mine. Yes, he is also invested here. We discussed what stands between 500m and 20B for Lucid. To get to 500M we need to become the future standard of care, which is more than apparent that is the direction that we are headed. Once we are the standard of care it's to the Billions with 20B being just a matter of time.

$LUCD Do you want to feel better about holding your shares? I sold 3k shares of AMD at $13 and it just hit a new high of $658. Sometimes, it’s just about patience and waiting for the plan to come together! Ugh!😩

$LUCD Lucid effectively has national coverage for Medicare patients RIGHT NOW by sending tests to the new CLIA lab in Texas. How is the market not realizing this? Here is another precedent for this pathway - Aspira stated in a recent SEC filing that because their tests are performed in Texas, that "Novitas Solutions essentially provides national coverage for patients enrolled in Medicare." https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/926617/000149315225004349/forms-1a.htm? Aspira has an LCD with Novitas, but Novitas is very clear that in the absence of an LCD or NCD, they cover based on reasonable and necessary guidelines. We have strong evidence for reasonable and necessary which continues to be validated by professional societies and LBMs like Concert. For a long time, Lucid was throttling test volume growth due to lack of coverage. Now Lucid sales reps can go wild selling to the Medicare population. In other words, this is where the rubber meets the road. Test volume and revenue should start to increase in Q4 2026.

$LUCD The paper gives a valuable glimpse into how Esoguard could scale. It involves 4 GI centers in 3 locations, a time period of 18 months, and 12,000 consecutive Esoguard patients. That's 500 tests per center, per quarter. There are approximately 1,500 GI groups in the US. If Lucid can get 10% of them doing 10% of the tests that these 4 are doing, it's 7,500 tests/quarter. Now imagine 50% of them doing 50% of the volume (187K tests/quarter) or 75% of them doing 100% of the volume (562K tests/quarter). Then throw in primary care and hospitals systems. Then double the size of the screening population. Off the charts potential. I understand why most investors dismiss Lucid: revenue and test volume has been flat, dilution has been frequent, and cash run way is relatively short. But as of last week, Lucid transitioned into it's growth phase. This ugly caterpillar is about to emerge from it's cocoon and become a beautiful butterly.

$LUCD Y'all are probably sick of the EXAS comparisons, but EXAS traded at $0.44 on Nov 28 2008. They were facing imminent delisting from Nasdaq. A year earlier they had an FDA warning letter sparking questions whether their test was even viable. After that, they slashed 67% of their work force. They were absolutely in survival mode. But look at them now, Abbott paid more than $20B. We have a rock star test in Esoguard. The KOLs see it, the AGA sees it, AFS sees it. These endorsements matter. They guide medical policy. They decide who gets the test and who doesn't. They're the foundation for reimbursement. The foundation is strong and getting stronger (latest AGA draft guideline). Some payers are starting to build on it (VA, Concert). More will come with time. No question not getting the LCD last night was a disappointment, but given the lab in TX, it has no material impact. Revenue should start climbing Q4. I am staying the course!

$LUCD , October 01, 2026 Recommendations Needham sees no reason for Lucid Diagnostics selloff today LUCD | 12:16 PM Needham says the firm spoke to Lucid Diagnostics to understand possible reasons for today's selloff. $LUCD If your diagnostic testing provider (such as a lab or doctor's office) files the claim electronically on your behalf, Medicare typically processes and pays the provider within 14 calendar days. We could have seen our first reimbursement.

$LUCD Big, big news. "Lucid will begin submitting Medicare claims this month under EsoGuard's PLA code, 0114U, for tests performed at its Texas laboratory." That's an excellent stopgap as we wait for MolDX.

$LUCD Enough is enough. There are a dozen or more long timers here. Let’s each commit to emailing Moldx. I will.

$LUCD I already have my full position, but I’m very tempted to make 1 more big buy down at these prices and make this a true yolo position. What do you guys think? 😂

$LUCD Back on 6/4 I put the odds at: 25% June 50% by end of August 70% by end of September. September isn’t over yet. Today’s news doesn’t mean MolDX has made its decision. But Medicare billing is now moving forward through the Texas lab while the MolDX reconsideration continues in California. Sometimes the door opens. Sometimes you find another door. I still like where we’re standing.

$LUCD I don’t know what will Happen to lucd, but you probably don’t need to worry about a R/S any time soon. Lucd would get the 6 month grace period just like PAVM did. If Moldx takes 6 more months to get their shit together then we probably have bigger problems than a R/S

$LUCD I just want to be transparent with all my people here. I have sold all of my $PAVM and moved everything to $LUCD … I am buying my last few blocks of Lucid entry over the next few weeks. Added a ton around .64.. good luck to everyone in both of these names.

$LUCD I may be missing something here, but...it appears that the Texas facility can now process tests on a much more certain reiumbursible framework than the CA facility. The question then becomes: How many tests can the TX facility process per quarter? Whatever that number is, I would expect it to grow exponentially in the near future. Capital investment, technician hiring campaigns, etc. seems like the only thing needed to grow revenue even without the now long overdue LCD. The pop yesterday in share price would then be a minor blip on the radar, considering that the company can even temporarily move personnel from CA to TX if needed, and seeing as the tests are relatively small, I don't see the need for much more space in order to process more tests starting immediately. My bottom line is that this news is nearly as good as LCD approval considering short term cashflow and the company is now substantially derisked regarding dilution, etc. 2 quarters and we'll see if I'm right
