$LSTA Monday will be ~2 weeks since Kuva's most recent supposed offer. If it was fully-funded and an adequate $$ amount (not an opportunistic low-ball) I'm sure the BOD would not take longer than 2-3 weeks to accept. So hopefully we hear something by Monday, otherwise LSTA likely is moving on with one of their other many self declared 'multiple strategic options available to us'. This was likely the last chance for Kuva, so hopefully they made a bonafide offer this time.

$LSTA Sold this one today for a decent profit. Not the result I wanted, but profit is profit. Was hoping for KUVA to buy this though, likely would have been better for shareholders. Still could have a nice run, but not gonna stick around to find out. GLTA!

Full conversion of the Series C preferred & options would equal approx 236m shares total issued to Merea: 1.8m + 211.4m after Series C conversion + 22.8m after Series C option exercise & conversion. PIPE investors are buying 151k Sereis C preferred shares, which would be 150.9m shares after conversion.

$LSTA 590m valued company w/ TOP-TIER investors and we get 2.39% , which implies a valuation of 14m / 9m shares OS = ~1.57/share FLOOR. This should get a good pop as well very nice assets in Phase 2 trials.

$LSTA For my fellow Lisata-ians, I see $LGVN now as the new LSTA when LSTA was trading at $1.0/share. See my post in the LGVN chat but I think it's a great opportunity for those looking to slowly shift out of LSTA into another similar play. Cash strapped strategic alternative play w/ a more valuable drug than Certepetide imo.

$LSTA The last green candle rally was produced by an increase in volume...not huge vol but substantially higher 200k on the 5 min candle at 8:30 p.s.t.

$LSTA or kuva didnt make a new offer and they will have to pay damages in a tril or kuva offered lower than this prices, and so still will have to pay damages or kuva made a very good deal but ceo prefered this solution and in this case is the board that risk a lawsuit if prices don't get better than the kuva offer in few words they passed from a up to 7$ buyout to a merge of 1.6$ lawsuits coming baby

$LSTA most of those still holding were looking for a quick cashout from kuva (if they could get the money up) and maybe a cvr if it made the deal happen IMO shareholders would've been better served with $2-$2.50 kuva cash than getting 2.5% of some south san fran bio no one ever heard of till this morning good luck if you wanna take that journey, heck buy more $LSTA if it pleases you this name has always seemed scammy, even from the days as CLBS
