$LQDT somehow missed the 8-K. Picked up AuctionZip with 500 million GMV for 80 millio. Nice acquistion by Angrick in some new auction verticals. LQDT seems like it might just become a holding company for all sorts of online auction roll up strategy.

$LQDT Liquidity Services broke out of a flat-base consolidation today at a 44.09 buy point, with its relative strength line hitting a new high (IBD live coverage). The business is where excess inventory goes. Amazon, Walmart, and Target use its online auctions to off-load overstock. AstraZeneca, AbbVie, and Sanofi auction surplus lab equipment on its pharma marketplace. The USPS and TSA sell unclaimed mail and left-behind airport items through it. Estimates are moving the right way: the FY consensus went from 1.47 to 1.61 over the past 60 days (Zacks), and the stock carries a Zacks Rank #1 (Strong Buy). ~1.36B market cap on roughly 477M in annual sales. Shares up about 2.5% today near 43.89.
