$LMDX I know A.I. could be unreliable but I still believe strongly that we are getting paid. Read item 3 under the "CUSIP replacement". It uses strong words ("will be"). Additionally, ROCHE set aside about $4.9 billion in goodwill in their 2025 financial report, which listed LUMIRADX as the only acquisition. I don't think Ron would let his shares be cancelled while that money sits there

There's many but a major one is when a private company like ElectraDx merges into a public shell like LMDX, those historical NOLs can potentially carry forward. Once the combined entity begins generating revenue, these tax attributes serve as an incredibly lucrative tax shield, wiping out future corporate tax liabilities. Write off how I see it is the money's already spent, and I'll wait as long as I have to for the outcome there is too much evidence proving that a payout will happen. Ryan would want it that way.!!! The latest filing is the Liquidator’s Statement of Proceedings and Position of Winding Up, effective 01/08/2026, received 06/08/2026, and it’s 7 pages. It would be really useful to get the full document so we can compare it directly with the previous E4 and see exactly what has changed in the liquidation since February.

$LMDX If we look at this through the lens of a highly complex restructuring maneuver rather than a bankruptcy: For Ron Zwanziger to successfully execute a Form 8-K Succession, the old shell has to remain intact. If the restructuring officer successfully navigates the remaining creditor objections in the Cayman Grand Court, that old CUSIP will serve as the literal vehicle for an equity exchange or distribution relating to the new entity (ElectraDx). Brokers refuse to touch the shares because if an equity swap, tracking distribution, or structural assignment drops out of the Cayman court proceedings, any broker that deleted the CUSIP would face massive liability for erasing a client's claim to that succession.

It is also necessary to examine whether all material assets, including intellectual property, pipeline diagnostics such as TB-related technologies, and software platforms, were fully and fairly valued and included in the transaction with Roche, or whether any were excluded, undervalued, or later benefited successor entities.

$LMDX just like MMTLP, and many others, the shares have been washed multiple times and moved off-shore, have fun with your tier 1 and tier 2 shareholder theory. The efforts to get people to take a tax write-off tells me exactly who you are. Nobody can sell, so you are reaching hard on this one.

$LMDX We could see this thing finalize by Halloween. I hope it will happen by Thanksgiving. I believe it will happen by Christmas for sure. And if it doesn’t happen by the end of February, I’ll begin to wonder if it ever will. 🧌 And I still believe it will end very well for us all, we that are long anyway. My hope is for a minimum of $10 per share!
