$IONS As comfortable as possible in a biotech from here...Management explicitly projects reaching cash-flow breakeven by 2028 (6-12 months is nothing on the street), and total revenues are projected to exceed $5 billion by 2030, fueled by independent drug scale-ups and royalty streams from partners like GSK and AstraZeneca. Not a fan of buyout chatter but what BP is going to let them keep all that profit? Place your bets...

$IONS approval 9/3, pdufa 10/26, ph 3 data b4 ye. Two more ph 3 interim data b4 ye. Momentum.

$IONS ... wow... retracing to a range that I was buying at back in 2025.... trimmed in the 70's so can rebuy soon and hold.... can these get cheaper?

Preclinical evidence shows what a therapy may be capable of. Clinical evaluation begins to show how it performs in patients. Across biotech, that transition is critical—from RNA-targeted medicines at $IONS to gene-editing approaches at $CRSP. For $PPCB, February 2027 is targeted to mark that next step, with PRP’s Phase 1b First-In-Human study evaluating safety, tolerability, PK, PD and preliminary antitumor activity in up to 50 patients. Moving into the clinic begins a new stage for PRP, where clinical data can further define the program and shape the path ahead. Each milestone brings PRP one step closer to clinical evaluation.

$IONS still has the $42.82 gap to fill from August 2025 on the weekly. I expect it will keep going lower with every good news story or PR that comes out. Cathie Wood Curse?
