$INSG Now do you guys understand the fuckery that was going on ? We don’t get the Nokias assets for free . Shareholders paid for this when the stock crashed $18 . Nokia gets shares for $4.25 and they will sell them at what ever price this is going to be at in 2030 . They robbed Peter to pay Paul

$INSG people still here from the first pump n dump and reverse split are still down well over $20. and more. Not a lot of optimism they go to $30 plus being how this outfit operates

$INSG All those shares I bought below $4 the last few weeks are looking good. Like I anticipated there will be a pop on closing with Nokia FWA. Yes the deal was re-negotiated some of the warrants priced around $4. However Nokia added more to the deal. Here's a summary: AI-RAN + converged fiber + 5G + network optimization + distributed edge computing. That combination is much broader than simply selling Nokia-branded FWA equipment. So Nokia is simultaneously giving INSG: The FWA revenue base 250 additional people Global carrier relationships $10M cash investment Another $10M specifically for interoperability engineering FWA opportunity referrals A continuing technology relationship involving AI-RAN and distributed edge computing That is a materially different picture from simply buying a declining FWA hardware business. The new revenue will show up in Q4 guidance!

$INSG 250 new employees. Let's say $60,0000 of salary and benefits on average per employee: $15,000,000 per year. Let's say half stay on the Nok payroll... that's still a lot of money going out the door. About $7M to $10M added to payroll, minimum?

$INSG I traded this many years ago back when it was Novatel. Here we are in 2026 and we now the “internet if things” has been realized. Damn near everything is now WiFi or Bluetooth. Appliances, lightbulbs, door locks, etc. Looks to me like they didn’t get much of a slice. Kind of sucks. They been around a long time.

$INSG With revenue doubling, this ought to be testing the one year high.. weird price action but probably consolidating

$INSG Maybe it will have a 30%+ day, like the good old days? It's done it before at these levels.

$INSG: Inseego acquired Nokia's Fixed Wireless Access business, with $NOK investing $10 million for an approximately 11% equity stake.

$INSG Well...it happened - and sooner then many expected. First day of Q4... They're doing what they say and have removed a large chunk of uncertainty.

$INSG closed its acquisition of Nokia's fixed wireless access business, issuing shares and warrants.

$INSG A new CTO was just hired to replace the old one. Juho promised an update in September, it finally came. A company that is running on scraps and not confident about expanding globally with Nokia wouldn't pull these kind of moves. I think Q3 is going to be the low point in revenues, but we turn around post Q3!

$INSG management goes silent when all is shit. If there were good developments we would hear about it.

$INSG has there been any word about whether or not the NOK deal will close?? Going into the forth quarter and the company is silent on the most important event in its history. Real sucks here.

$INSG i'm surprised this didn't skyrocket after their post on X showing how good it works at fruit stands.

$INSG nobody understand that $SPCX is going to eat us alive unless inseego partners with spcx

$INSG one form has 260k shares on warrants and one says 290k. So previous numbers could be slight off.. insg time to amend! Going with 260 as the right one.. didn’t get the emails on this, the insiders buying time to get a position?

$INSG Exercise Price. The exercise price per share of Common Stock under this Warrant shall be $4.26, subject to adjustment hereunder (the “Exercise Price”). 🤫

$INSG The interesting squeeze angle is this: the latest reported short interest was 2.31M shares, representing 17.96% of the float, with a short ratio of 7.42 days. That is enough short exposure that a sustained, volume driven breakout could start forcing some short sellers to reduce or cover their positions.

$INSG assume the warrants get exercised: basically we diluted 2751196 shares for nok assets, and 23457876$:: to me this is essentially dillution at 8.52 per share..
