$IMRN IMMURON’s Sept. 24 SEC 20-F filing and its newly filed PROIBS distribution-contract exhibits provide the clearest evidence yet that the company is progressing from planning into near-term U.S. commercialization. The 20-F reports A$7.713 million in FY26 product sales, up 6%, including continued U.S. Travelan growth, while the newly disclosed PROIBS contract establishes minimum annual purchasing requirements and a commercial structure for the U.S. expansion. Most importantly, the SEC-filed agreement establishes November 1, 2026 as the beginning of PROIBS Year 1, indicating that the company is approaching the contractual revenue-generating phase of its U.S. expansion rather than simply discussing a future launch. The actual minimum purchase quantities and pricing are confidential/redacted, so the filings show near-term commercial progress and a new potential revenue stream, but don’t yet allow us to calculate how large that revenue contribution will be.
