DCAing $IMNN regularly. Just a few more buys left to fill my starter position. From there, I’d love to see either a non-dilutive ex-US partnership — where I’d resume accumulating — or a new financing that tanks the price, allowing me to deploy heavy dry powder at a deep discount. Beyond the remarkable efficacy signal and OS benefit, the safety profile looks increasingly de-risked (September IDMC review). Tons of catalysts ahead — enrollment acceleration, the 80-patient milestone in Q1 2027, a potential non-dilutive ex-US partnership, and eventually the first interim efficacy readout. oversold $IMNN means

$IMNN the news on the phase 2 trial is absolutely amazing. This company hasn’t been acquired because of toxicity concerns. They have shown over and over again there is no significant toxicity at all. Compare that to chemo

$IMNN Wow dropped below a $1 again after a recent 1 for 15 reverse stock split. And the market cap is $5M. What a s*** show! Unless MANAGEMENT has a partnership or buyout already inked they are a complete and colossal failure of epic proportions!!! If MANAGEMENT does another reverse stock split when the outstanding shares are only 6 million they should be immediately canned and fired! They should delist to OTC if this happens. They have already devastated and hurt shareholders enough with the previous reverse stock split.

$IMNN And the "why will they partner when they can buy this outright for pizza money" argument doesn't hold for international firms. Cross-border healthcare acquisition come under intense regulatory scrutiny (except a few big European or Japanese pharma firms). For most of them buyout of a US firm isn't an option they are interested in, but non-US global rights to something that can become first in line treatment will certainly be appealing. That's the group to talk to, and to be willing to sell the entire non-US rights for a very small amount now (say 30 million) to help develop the US market.

$IMNN $8 million market cap seems ridiculous for where they are. Ithink a reset to $150 million would be pretty rational

$IMNN I did not like the debt financing with Streeterville given their somewhat toxic financing history for other stocks. But just saw IDAI, another company they did debt financing for in June which has tripled in value so all is not bad. The issue with Imunon appears to be more to do with lack of faith in the management from executing any high value partnership. That's why even on seemingly good news days this stock struggles to tack on ten cents.

$IMNN This share price shows a lack of respect for shareholders because it is blatantly controlled and manipulated; there are only two possibilities: either they have nothing in hand—meaning it is all just press releases—or they have something major but do not want the share price to rise. In either case, the management's behavior is improper—to put it mildly—and they have been acting this way for 50 years.

$IMNN Will go back to lurking, but wanted to join you all and express my frustrations with the competency of this management in delivering something of meaningful value

$IMNN “MRNA stock rallied more than 12% after it said that its Phase 3 results for personalized cancer therapy will be presented at the ESMO Congress 2026. “

$IMNN Important decisions are looming for the company: either a capital raise funded by their friends, or one last desperate reverse split. Can anyone see any other way out for this management team? Honestly, seeing the Nasdaq delisting scenario play out all over again—due to the share price dropping below a dollar—makes me wonder: haven't Lindborg and company grown tired of this charade that’s been dragging on since the Termodox failure?

$IMNN They need to raise/dilute $30 Million, minimum, over the next 4 years. Not to mention what steps they'll need to take to keep in compliance. If this comp[any has such a great drug, a 5x current price buyout = 36M. That's less than chump change for BP. For some reason it doesn't seem very appealing to them.😕

$IMNN Nice opening! Will it get above a dollar by Christmas? No, I’ll ask Citizen, who’s daydreaming—he’s the one with the inside info.

$IMNN It's a valid question that holds for any scenario that you and literally thousands of others have refused to answer over the last decade. I will give you credit, though, the vast majority of you just slip away silently having learned the hard way that which I informed them of day 1. At least you're here sort of admitting to throwing in the towel. Hopefully you learned something, although I doubt it.

$IMNN 1.12🤣🤣🤣 You sons of bitches, I hope you die soon, and that your company—full of thieves and pieces of shit who’ve been on the payroll for 50 years, living like parasites—gets torn down or blown up! Die a horrible death, you shitty management!
Aawilliam2003
$IMNN question for jjegglie. So your claim is that $IMNN is a scam that produced fake data by cherry picking patients? And that all pharma that have looked at their data quickly realized it was all a scam. So if this is true, why is the FDA allowing them to run a phase 3 which is just another huge scam doing real damage to very ill women? Where are the citizens petitions like we saw with Cassava? Is Stacy just a purely evil person who knows all of this but has chosen to give false hope to women across the country? Where is your info coming from? I’m not doubting you or calling you an idiot- I am a humble person but really am curious where your insights come from

$IMNN $IMNN We'll take run #1,000,001 at this. What legitimate drug company would partner with a firm which could simply be purchased in whole for the funds in petty cash? Still waiting for the answer to this question. Been asking it for years now.

$IMNN they need to say something because this is not trending well. Need some good content and commentary in next week’s R&D day
