The analysis focuses on companies involved in power management and semiconductor technologies critical to AI data-center infrastructure. Infineon is rated Neutral with a €64 price target, with UBS valuing the German chipmaker using a discounted cash-flow model. The bank highlights its exposure to semiconductor cycles, automotive production and the growing semiconductor content of hybrid and electric vehicles, while currency movements remain both a risk and potential benefit.
Texas Instruments is rated Buy with a $380 target, based on an enterprise-value-to-free-cash-flow methodology. UBS acknowledges several headwinds, including rapid technological changes, intense competition.
