$IFRX Just published in Nature Reviews Nephrology. A comprehensive review on megalin ('Megalin: from structure to function' by Christensen et al., DOI: 10.1038/s41581-026-01130-9). For us as InflaRx investors, this is extremely interesting regarding kidney protection/ANCA vasculitis. It explains on a molecular level (Cryo-EM, FIB-SEM) how the proximal tubule reabsorbs proteins, when it suffers from overload/inflammation, and why preventing secondary complement damage is so important.

$IFRX Excellent overview from IFRX management at H.C. Wainwright conference this morning highlighting the potential for AAV and renal diseases with izicopan and best in class C5a differentiator in the market with much safer profile oral drug. Needham just initiated with $8 target buy rating and analyst has very high success rate with his targets (TipRanks 2025). We are extremely undervalued relative to the current stock price. Institutional buying has us currently at approximately 64% tute ownership and this will continue to grow. Follow the money!

$IFRX highlights from 30 page new coverage w Needham out today. $8 target Izicopan has potential advantages over Tavneos on PK/PD, safety, and dosing convenience: We think izicopan has best-in-class C5aR inhibitor potential. There have been no SAEs or TEAEs in the >180 subjects dosed with izicopan, and its more convenient dosing (BID, 2 pills total vs. BID, 6 pills total for avacopan) is possible through improved bioavailability, with the potential for once- daily maintenance dosing. AAV is the low-hanging commercial opportunity, and our base case assumes izicopan unadjusted WW peak sales of ~$1.9B (~$1.4B U.S.) in AAV alone. ■ Our recent survey of 13 US-based AAV-treating physicians highlights drawbacks of Tavneos and enthusiasm for an izicopan-like profile: Our survey identified hepatotoxicity and liver monitoring as the biggest drawbacks of Tavneos, 92% believe approval of another safe and effective oral C5aR inhibitor would lead to growth in their prescribing for AAV patient

$IFRX the number 1 highest “Fund Sentiment Score” as rated by Fintel of all US equities (10th globally). Now “29+ days to cover” short: float dry as a bone. A fund who positions off Needham cld have $3 in a blink. How to cover 12m: pay up /crazy trade.

$IFRX We don’t need a never ending biology masters class. Or new indications that will take years to monetize. Or ST board experts that tout the flavor of the day, like they were touting PG last year. Or the two clown pumpers with their constant nonsense about shorts and their antics. Or more conferences, chats or other opportunities for Niels to put everybody to sleep and Taapken to lie a little more. After years of the same looped BS, all we need is from this fucking useless management team to finally deliver anything remotely tangible now, not in 2030 or whatever. Is that too much to ask?

$IFRX Tavneos' Twilight Complements Izicopan's Opportunity: “Initiate Buy with $8 PT We are initiating coverage of InflaRx N.V. (IFRX) with a Buy rating and an $8 PT. IFRX's main value driver is izicopan, an oral C5aR inhibitor in development for autoimmune indications, the most advanced being ANCA-associated vasculitis (AAV). Tavneos (avacopan) is the lone approved oral C5aR drug for AAV and was the centerpiece of Amgen's (AMGN; N/R) acquisition of ChemoCentryx in 2022 for $3.7B. Tavneos (US approval 2021) generated $643M in LTM sales, but is facing global regulatory scrutiny on data integrity and safety fears, and is at risk of being pulled from the market. We conducted a proprietary survey of US-based AAV- treating physicians that highlights the drawbacks of Tavneos and enthusiasm for an izicopan- like profile, which we view as a positive for IFRX and the development of izicopan in AAV (see note for full survey details), ■ Tavneos (avacopan) validated the C5aR mechanism…”

$IFRX Dr. Gabriela Alperovich commented: "I am excited to join InflaRx at such a pivotal moment for the Company and its complement-targeted platform. Throughout my career, I have focused on immune-inflammatory diseases, including renal diseases such as IgA nephropathy, lupus nephritis, or ANCA-associated vasculitis, where modulating the complement system can be truly disease-modifying for patients. InflaRx's differentiated approach to C5a and C5aR inhibition, together with the best-in-class potential emerging for izicopan, represents a compelling opportunity to bring meaningful new therapies to patients with high unmet need. I look forward to working with the dedicated team at InflaRx to advance these programs."

$IFRX Avacopan (Tavneos): End of NCE Exclusivity On October 7, 2026, the 5-year NCE exclusivity for avacopan in the U.S. expired. However, Orphan Drug Exclusivity for the approved AAV indication remains in place until October 7, 2028. This means that one layer of avacopan’s regulatory protection has ended, while the specific protection for its approved AAV indication remains in effect. *Please verify the sources and content yourself.

$IFRX do I wish I had bought IOVA in Oct 2023 like I planned to?? Oh yes I do. Hopefully we will replicate their path soon! For a while we were following similar trend lines.

$IFRX In all the years I've been invested here, I do not recall Niels addressing the stock price. CEOs often remind investors that the stock price doesn’t always reflect the company’s long‑term trajectory. Many CEO's (including Warren Buffett) also discuss stock performance in shareholder letters. I have not seen this with this company. We do not want the CEO commenting on the day-to-day volatility of the stock price, but occasional reassurance by Niels would seem appropriate given other CEO's do this.

$IFRX A recent article on the complement system and kidney diseases Complement in Kidney Disease: Core Curriculum 2026 September 11, 2026 | DOI: 10.1053/j.ajkd.2026.06.008 The article provides a current overview of the complement system and its therapeutic relevance across various kidney diseases – including AAV. Definitely worth a read from an IFRX perspective. No IFRX promotion and no interpretation – just read it and draw your own conclusions.

$IFRX Plan the work and work the plan. All about execution. I agree. As long as the plan is sound. InflaRx can nail every aspect of a plan and still fail, because the plan was set up to fail. That is the endpoint dilemma in a nutshell. It burned them on HS. Then the painful PG experience. And even with vilo-covid, where FDA read the data in their favor, they still lost the guidelines, because the fight was over how the result was measured and analyzed, not over the biology. Enough doubt there for NIH and IDSA to sit on the fence. InflaRx and their $150M worth of new investors are making sure the plan this time is as close to bulletproof as a trial design gets. Size a p3 to a thousand patients just to chase superiority at week 52? Not happening, and for good reason. bvas=0 means no AAV symptoms, and the longer you hold a patient to that standard, the more subjective the call becomes: is this flare old damage, or is the disease actually back? Two expert panels looked at the

$IFRX pts are the easiest fade in the book just sayin. It's great that all the analysts are very bullish. Now we need actions and execution from the company to help realize those lovely projections.

$IFRX this management is awful. How have we not secured a partnership by now? What are these bozos doing on a daily basis? There seems to be zero drive to do anything with such a promising molecule!!

$IFRX CEO Niels Riedemann has been at the helm since 2007 (nearly 20 years) yet still hasn't secured a major big pharma partnership. The 2020 COVID pandemic was his ultimate missed opportunity. While the science behind vilobelimab (Gohibic) was solid, sluggish trial execution and late regulatory approvals meant missing the commercial wave completely. With the 2025 PG phase 3 failure added to the track record, long-term leadership remains a major question mark.

$IFRX - we went through a double bottom with no breakout (unfortunately), and now we're looking at a triple bottom and its quite picture perfect so far. Add a Wall Street 8 DMA line to your chart and buy/add when the MM/Specialist closes the price above it ... If price stays below the 8 DMA, something's wrong .... OBV is still healthy and not a threat, just experiencing market manipulation as we head into next ER.... GLTA
