You got to feel bad for $HWNI common equity holders. Dennis takes over $HWNI and it did not take long to go from .80 a share to .0018 a share. No body destroys common equity like Dennis O’Leary. He does the same thing with $DPLS also. I just feel bad for his victims and pray for every body who lost money in his many schemes.

$HWNI $DPLS piece of the 2025–26 timeline worth watching. The federal court enforced HWNI’s settlement with Harmony O’Reilly and ordered HWNI to make the required payment. The court record indicates the settlement was executed in November 2025, payment was due by December 10, 2025, and HWNI failed to pay. That raises an important accounting question: where was this obligation reflected in HWNI’s financial reporting? When the 2025 10-K and restated 2025 quarters are filed, I’ll be looking closely at accrued liabilities, litigation/legal settlements, contingencies, subsequent events and settlement of debt. I’m also interested in the timing because this unresolved obligation existed shortly before the March 2026 change in control and Global Settlement involving Mark Porter. The documents will ultimately tell the story.
