HRTX Heron Therapeutics Inc

$HRTX Heron will participate in the Eastern Orthopaedic Association Congress on October 14-17 in Miami, FL. It will also participate in the American Society of Anesthesiologists Congress on October 16-20 in San Diego, CA.

$HRTX Following the latest Heron & Long Grove partnership, Heron's story now revolves around Zynrelef, Aponvie, and Cinvanti, plus several additional exclusive, growth-oriented acute-care/hospital franchises that will possibly be able to generate revenue right away in the same acute-care/hospital environment where Heron already operates. Therefore, in my judgment (everyone can make their own assessment) -> Reasonable worst-case scenario: Heron should soon be worth roughly what it was before the recent distress, somewhere around $1.25–$1.50 per share (and grow from there). Reasonable mid-case scenario (stay): A favorable stay decision, combined with several additional growing franchises, could potentially push Heron to $2 per share soon on a wave of optimism, with further growth from there. Reasonable bull-case scenario (agreement with Azurity): An agreement with Azurity, combined with the additional franchises, could potentially take us to $2.50–$3 per share(and grow from there).

$HRTX Kind of a mini breakout from the highs of the last few months today closing at .4061 on decent volume. More inpressive is the substantial daily increase in volume from 9/29/26 to date while the price is working higher and higer. This looks and smells a bit different!

$HRTX I have many things to write, but I prefer to elaborate just after the important judicial decision regarding Cinvanti takes place - hopefully a "stay" decision until the appeal is finalized, which I think is the minimum, especially after other generics reached agreements with Heron. Even if there is a slight claim, it should be in favor of the company that developed the medicine. The fact that no generic is being sold so far is, in my eyes, evidence that a stay decision, or an agreement between Heron and Azurity, is a very strong possibility.

$HRTX restructuring is possible bankruptcy is still pretty far out. Currently tarding at 1X sales for APO and Zyn. Interesting to see where this goes next. Still see plenty of upside. But the narrative as you can see is still shit because management barely have any bread crumbs on last call and has been silent since. GL everyone and hold on tight!

$HRTX BEWARE! To the people who are taking seriously, he was posting similar nonsense on the gern message board for 6 months. When it turned out to be all bs, he left that message board with his tail between his legs and came here to start posting similar nonsense. Just beware of some of the people on this board. Now, lets all hope for a buyout even if it turns out to be for $1 a share. Anything more than that will be gravy. If nothing else, it will end the misery and we can all move on to better investments.

$HRTX it's funny how I see post about a short squeeze. That has been a prediction ever since this went below $10. It hasn't happened in 7-8 years of this stock crashing every year. Sad how both management teams got rich while not doing their jobs, which should be making profits and making share holders happy. No incentive to make it profitable when you make what BQ and Collard make. Sure they got shares cheap but they didn't have to pay for them, so when they sell anything it is still profit in their pockets. Sickening how shorting is even allowed.

$HRTX is signing a 10-year multi-product licensing agreement. That suggests management isn’t simply trying to shrink HRTX. It is also trying to rebuild/expand the commercial portfolio. IMHO, strategically positive!

$HRTX picked up 250k at $.265 because why the fuck not 😂. CC has absolutely destroyed any real value this company had when he was hired. BUT it’s certainly worth more than $.26/share. The move down today looks like a lot of volume but in reality is less than $2 million in trading.

$HRTX pulled it down today but jumped back up after hours. We will see a lot of this action if it has any uptrend over the next 6 months. As you all know it needs to get above $5 to ever be bought by most investors. Don't know if we will ever see that again but good luck to all the longs that have been around for years. Who knows maybe Collard can pull something out if the hat and surprise everyone. Not going to hold my breath but sure would be nice.

$HRTX After the acquiring of pcrx I went to see the possible effect on heron from multiple AI sites. I know AI is not always correct but they are more realistic than what you will read from the subjective people on stocktwits. From what I read, there could be good news for heron regarding a buyout. It gave a breakdown of the worth of all of herons drugs and it is too long for me to provide details. I suggest everyone go to sources like grok, chatGPT, or any other AI source to read the details regarding a buy out. If nothing else, it is very interesting reading. It did increase my confidence in the possibilities of a buyout and the buyout price they suggest. In general, there was a consensus on what it would be but they all agreed that the cinvanti overhang would probably effect it. The general tone was reassuring for me and it did make me feel a little better in the nightmare we have been living through. I highly recommend you read it and have nothing to lose.

$HRTX 3 - Products were not named. Long Grove’s public book is hospital injectables (premix norepi, vasopressin, fluorescein, dalbavancin, etc.). Those fit Heron’s acute-care bag better than they fit a secret CINVANTI work-around. A multi-product deal also matches Capstone’s model of warehousing several programs and handing commercialization to someone with a field force. So the simple reason: Heron needs revenue-bearing hospital products fast and cheap; Long Grove needs a U.S. commercial partner; Water Street/Capstone will take milestones and royalties instead of building a 100-rep sales org.

$HRTX I strongly believe we will continue to move upward as we get closer to the conference call when earnings are announced and that is why I continue to accumulate more shares. Revenue and sales will be secondary to whatever management says during the call. Smart people on here know what I am saying. The importance of the conference call is undeniable. The share price will either explode upward or fall back down depending on the call. I am cautiously optimistic but as someone who has followed heron for more than 10 years, I know the risks. Good luck to all the longs which I believe is EVERYONE on this site.

$HRTX i love all the speculation about Heron which is fine, everyone has their own opinion about what could or should happen. I just hope Collard comes out soon with information of what is going on behind closed doors before this stock just crashes. We were sold on Zynrelef being the new and best option for reducing opioid usage and dependency. What happened was poor preparation to go to market and not having the syringe day one of going to market. ZYNRELEF was tested for ability to help with pain but not how hard it was to administer, which they should have known was an issue. We are now behind by 5 or more years on what dales could have been. Hopeit isn't to late to turn this around. issued.ISSUEkillingsalwouldn'concernwith there other drugs because Zynrelef would be killing it with sales. This is all management

$HRTX Getting some attention today, from those who sniff out Squeezy stuff Interesting, given that nearly 3M was pulled from the shorting pool today Hmmm... . . .

$HRTX Given all this piss and shit, I’m inclined to think we’re heading toward a fundamentally new company valuation, and the short sellers must be tripping on shrooms.

$HRTX looks really good, volume finally strat to pick up. hope it will hit around 3.5M then after market probably price will go down a few pennies which would be very good, and next morning lower openning again over avarage volume (rinse and repeat) then tomorrow over 40 cents won't be a dream

$HRTX I predicted there will NEVER be a R/S here. Never! I only see a mega squeeze, stop the R/S BS.

$HRTX No real shares moved today. Every bit of the volume was manufactured bogusness from the shorting pool. Availability went from 2.5M to 3.7M, then to 1.5M The game continues, as we sit tight Tick tock, tick tock..... . .

$HRTX The ownership data for HRTX shows 13F Institutions with 85.13%, and NPORT Funds with 14.87% That's 100% there. There is, of course, a bunch of crap out there that the company didn't issue, like counterfeits from abusive-naked shorting that are employed to distort the stock price, which is why statistics for some companies show ownership that's sometimes greater than 100%, and it's interesting that this situation, being as common as it is, doesn't trigger any sort of investigation and subsequent rectification. Even though you cannot have more than 100% of genuine shares that have been issued by the company, some of what we bought, and are now holding, is stuff that technically doesn't exist, but that some shysters created out of thin air and sold into play, and those shysters are ultimately responsible for settling the phony shares, which requires that they obtain real shares, and that's why Squeezes happen. Even if Retail ownership is a bit more than 0.0045%, it's not by much
