It's why the auth shares jumped so high recently. The fine print of the agreement says they weren't allowed to just dump the stock as soon as the deal went through, they had to wait certain time periods to dump. So as soon as that lockup period is over, the full dilution is going to hit, and the price will likely tank. Sure, the company *could* do well and the stock could recover one day. But I'm not optimistic.

$GNIS only 500ish million shares in convertible debt left to issue and then the series C preferred can really wipe this out by doing a 5x on the OS. at least the chart doesnt look like a classic attempt to catch a falling knife. oh wait...
