$FNGR FYI: FingerMotion (FNGR) has not released 300,000,000 more shares into the public float. The rumor stems from a misunderstanding of a technical ballot proposal voted on during FingerMotion's Special Shareholder Meeting on October 6, 2026. Raising the authorized share cap is simply a legal adjustment to the corporate charter. It increases the limit of total shares the company is allowed to create in the future. It does not mean those 300 million shares were printed, issued, or dumped into the open market to dilute the current float. Social media forums often confuse an increase in "authorized shares" with an active, massive dilutive "share release." FingerMotion does not have 300 million new active shares on the market today.
