$EU Today is the Record Date for EU's special dividend.  On September 15, 2026, enCore Energy Corp. (EU) announced a distribution of common shares of Verdera Energy Corp.*to shareholders of record on September 25, 2026. 

$EU While it's likely they have to crack open the ATM, there no guarantee it happens on the lows and may be a lot less than anticipated. Much depends on the spot price of uranium. Easy to forget the contract rachets. Love the insider buys.

$EU cost to borrow rate spiked today to over 50%. The rate is now 6,808% above the 30-day average.

$EU Intriguing price action. I suspect there is some downward pressure from ATM expectations. The contracted sales will likely continue to stress the balance sheet until permits are issued and the new field is running. I'm a buyer on extended weakness.

$EU holding a 1.54 average. Time to tax loss and exit. Not worth it. The macro is bad but the company and management on this one's just not it. Bad choice, regrets.

$EU is trying to stabilize after a brutal 20% breakdown. Price has reclaimed VWAP near $0.84 and is now compressing around $0.88. A break above roughly $0.89-$0.90 could confirm the short-term reversal attempt. After a move like this, I want confirmation-not a guess at the bottom. Does $EU break out of this compression or fail back toward VWAP?

$EU Cash crunched by contractual obligations. The balance sheet stress is real and the ATM is the lifeboat. Don't be shocked by weakness. Everything hinges on uranium spot price here until they can get the next field permitted. I'm super underweight with nothing more than a token long but I would love to see a big buying opportunity in Q4-Q1 to buy in here proper. Cheers.
