The scammed get angry and attack skeptics who show how the company is misleading shareholders and might be a scam. Then once it's over, the scammed take their losses and quietly move on. That's who the scammers target. That's why the scammer wants to silence the skeptics with loudmouths like Everson and enforcers like and . To keep the boards clean so people like Everson keep buying and hold to zero.

$ENZC I heard the lawsuit was settled SEC barred the CEO and his daughter they have to pay 1.7 million in fines, however the SEC as usual worried about what they get paid and did not setup any settlement fund for shareholders to recover, does anyone else have news on this.

$ENZC The fact that this pig still trades tells you that you can't rely on the SEC or OTC Markets to protect you from scam companies. There should be some minimal asset value to list on any exchange. For most of these companies, the only asset is the company's own stock.
