$DPLS I am not saying wait and see. I’m saying “The stack is worth more than the market cap, and that gap is getting wider” 🦖🏴‍☠️ Since I have been here, the stack has grown and the price has fallen. Navy exclusive LADAR license, prototype already built. Air Force exclusive on multiple patents. Gen 3 with Sanmina. EEMW still promoting the JV. They are also seeking acquisitions, with a buy-side advisor engaged. That takes private backing already in place. Market cap is about $1 million. ASYMMETRY = stack ÷ price. Stack up, price down, the case gets stronger. Find another name with this stack at this price. There isn’t one. Every drop gets celebrated like proof of intellect. It is the opposite. A lower price is a wider gap. The scam line holds it open. It does not erase the licenses, the prototype, the manufacturer, or the capital behind the search. The price will be cheap until it isn’t. You can keep cheering the discount and waiting on a funeral that has not been scheduled.

$DPLS Dennis couldn’t commercial his BOTDA tech when he was able to raise money hand over fist during the artificial market pump. I’m sure he will commercialize it with the company in a death spiral while “chasing” space and military projects. Dennis is a parody of a CEO. Shareholders have been eating up chess and boom gifs for 5 years and all he’s accomplished is booming the stock price back towards trips after a 200:1 reverse split. You could make an office themed show about him and I doubt it would be able to authentically capture the absurdity of all of this.

$DPLS No it's not, your just a phony lying paid pumper. Nobody who bought shares of a company would keep coming here and doing what you do. You would be pissed off that this moron keeps lying to you and spending money he got from making "your investment" worthless. He admitted that he didn't have a product 2 years ago, Yet he was pretending to be bidding contracts and blowing money on brain chips, d list celebrities and fake lawsuits against shareholders bringing up facts. Patents that he paid for to present himself as being in the defense industry are absolutely worthless and actually take away from the value of the company. They cost money and he has to pay more in the future, which makes them a liability. The actual value of the company is heavy in the negatives. This is not a real company, proven over and over again. You are desperate and pathetic.

$DPLS Dennis thought he was so smart buying useless patents that are going to amount to absolutely nothing but a lawsuit against him when he undoubtedly doesn't pay. He definitely thought pretending to be a military company was going to allow him a lot more dilution room.

$DPLS Year two is 200K credited against the 5%? You mean 5% credited against the 200. The SEC filing states the following: Running Royalty of 5% from non-government sales in each year of the patent Minimum Annual Royalty: Year One 0, Year two 200k, year three 300k year four and beyond 400k That means Darkpulse is required to pay 200K minimum for patent ownership regardless of revenues in year two. If their revenue in year two is so high that 5% of it covers the 200k minimum payment then they're cool. Otherwise they have to pay out of pocket to make up the difference.

$DPLS They dont have any Tech, they proved this with Honcut Bridge install. If this was successful, the stock would have gone to the moon. But it never did and Denny just moved on to his next pump.

$DPLS Actual investors hold management/owners responsible for company performance. Here in looney ST dark puke land there are no honest investors just disengenuous co-conspirators who are very aware it's just a fast talking jumble of lies and bad mouth/name call the honest factual posters. They are simply waiting for that big OTC bubble or a sudden successful pump on some scamster news flash. Why aren't they coming after olery for driving their investment off the cliff??....Glad I got out years ago with a modest profit.

$DPLS Meanwhile you keep looking for success that isn't scheduled. So, cool story. That's not THE stack, that's your personal speculative stack. If you run a stack analysis taking into account actual fundamentals the company value is at or above where it should be, and that's ignoring all the qualitative past performance and details that tell you this company doesn't actually run on fundamentals. You are personally valuing these patents, a BOTDA unit that has never been manufactured and sold and you've been told on Twitter that it's been going through upgrades but you actually can't even point to any proof that it has. 'Denis said' isn't proof. Good luck with your stack lol

$DPLS Acquiring a licence to six Air Force patents is one thing. Designing, funding, manufacturing, qualifying, launching and operating a satellite constellation capable of transferring meaningful power by laser is something else entirely. “DarkPulse will build the world’s orbital power grid” is quite a leap from licensing government-developed IP. Before we get to the orbital power grid, perhaps shareholders could get an update on the supposedly “no-bid/single-source” North Africa sensing project? What happened to that one ?

$DPLS “Or regret it” is a lot of hype for a coffee meetup. If there’s something material behind it, shareholders should see the filing, contract or executed agreement—not have to be in NYC at 11AM to hear about it.

Does any body think it is a little funny after all these years since inception that Dennis is $DPLS 1. Chairman of the Board 2. President 3. Chief Executive Officer 4. Chief Financial Officer 5. Treasurer 6. Secretary So basically Dennis has got every executive position at Darkpulse which is very very bad because Dennis doesnt have these skill sets understand? But why does the guy with all these executive positions at Darkpulse own 0 Darkpulse common shares like every body else?

$DPLS The patents aren’t free, and they aren’t a Houston lease. Year one has no minimum royalty. That’s not rent. There’s a $15,000 license fee, patent maintenance on DarkPulse, and a 30-month clock to get a product out. Year two is $200,000, credited against the 5%. If he doesn’t pay, the license ends. That’s the agreement. Your eviction story is a guess stapled to a different building. The Air Force already did the R&D. That’s why the patents are issued and why a license exists. You don’t write a $100 million check to invent something the lab already invented. You commercialize it or you give it back. BOTDA isn’t “20 years or whatever” either. Sanmina is building Gen 3. EEMW is still promoting the JV. You skipped both and asked for a pile of cash that isn’t how this instrument works. Cool story about the lease. The 8-K isn’t a lease.

$DPLS hahaha cool story about patents. What has Dennis done with the BOTDA patent in the last 20 years or whatever he has had it? Show us where Dennis has the tens of millions if not hundre plus million dollars to do all the R&D testing etc. On these to get them to market. He has them free for a year much like the Houston lease. When the year is up for the air force patents he owes them minimum $200,000 in royalties. Much like the Houston office when the free year was up he didn't pay them and was evicted. If I was a betting man he won't pay the minimum royalties due like he didn't pay his lease when the free period was up.
