$CYBL You can piss and moan all you want, but come on - show respect where respect is due. Mark Schmidt is simply a classic stalwart stoic, just get in formation and toe the line. Mark is leading us through the murkiest part of cyberlux history (worst case scenario ) LETS FUCKING GOOOOO!!!! always 👉

$CYBL $TXTM Here’s why $SPYR SHOULD BE ON YOUR RADAR 1. Richard Hawkins is involved — known for taking neglected OTC shells and cleaning them up. 2. Corporate cleanup — resolving legacy issues and preparing shells for new opportunities. 3. Debt cleanup — addressing old debt and convertible obligations. 4. Incoming new business - that is projected to make millions a year in revenue with acquisitions targeting high growth sectors 5. Restoring compliance —Hawkins-associated companies have worked back toward current reporting and better OTC tiers. 6. AMFN, AGCI, AEFI, NUGS 7.RESTRUCTURING and a reverse-merger process. 8. Merger potential — cleaned shells can be positioned for new management, acquisitions or reverse mergers. 9. Now $SPYR is in focus. 👀Hawkins + clean shell + restored trading + potential merger/acquisition = major upside potential if the playbook continues.

Why_Now
$CYBL we have a new attorney! 🚨 Material $CYBL development: On October 8, attorney Brett A. Axelrod entered an appearance for Cyberlux Corporation in Nevada bankruptcy case 3:26-bk-50721-HLB (Docket #91). This resolves CYBL’s immediate lack-of-counsel problem before today’s status hearing.

$CYBL AI Interesting court update: Two Sept. 16 hearing entries were posted on Sept. 18 — and importantly, **there was NO order placing CYBL into Chapter 7 liquidation.** ✅ Status hearing on the involuntary Chapter 7 petition (#1) → **CONTINUED to Oct. 9** ✅ CYBL attorney withdrawal motion (#61) → **CONTINUED to Oct. 9** The court did NOT dismiss the petition, but it also did NOT enter an order for relief putting CYBL into Chapter 7 based on these entries. So CYBL remains in the fight, with the underlying bankruptcy petition still unresolved. 📅 **Oct. 9 @ 10:30 AM PT** is now a date to watch closely. Not victory — but definitely not game over. $CYBL

$CYBL turns out the Datron "liquidation" sale has been postponed. Auctioneer at Rabin said "maybe 2 weeks." Just so happens CYBL involuntary bankruptcy status update hearing is less than 2 weeks away and most of the creditors have dropped out. CYBL just needs to secure new counsel by 10/6 for the hearing 10/9. Intelligent/conversation worthy responses only here please. Anyone?

$CYBL did CYBL really go through 18 months of hell to just up and be done now after it all? I doubt it, I believe they will prevail!

$CYBL In an attempt to put lipstick on this pig, at least all the debtors in the Interpleader action are paid off, so that should clear most the balance sheet. That being said, 85k is a paltry sum, but hoping it is enough to get rid of the involuntary bankruptcy (I have my doubts). If, and that is a huge if, we can ever get out of litigation and the debtors are paid than maybe we can actually see some new contracts. Of course, after all these years, I have learned to no longer have faith that this company can do anything right. Mark literally look what should have been a huge money making opportunity (the original Ukraine drone contract) and made it into essentially nothing. The ineptitude that he has displayed the past few years is baffling. Anyone who doesn't believe this just has to ask themselves, why are we now trading for much less than we did while in CE status.

$CYBL 🚨 How do you think cyberlux will be able to afford this attorney?? That's a legitimate question, they have nothing on hand, what cash reserves they do have are essentially negligible! Pay them in shares in an overly liquidated company? I suppose we'll see their compensation report, which once again proves my point that "they only remain a company through prolonging litigation." They made no money this year, everything is backlogged contracts, no drone dominance, almost had a fucking warehouse garage sale because they bought and killed a company previously made money, cyberlux never shares any relevant news or info that is substantiated, they called the deal with pltr a partnership but they were just a f**king customer and not even listed as a partner by PALANTIR. This is bullsh*t, you know it. Mark my words you bullshitter, cyberlux will lose this attorney and attempt a continuance to find legal representation. And you'll still be here pulling this same shit to the suckers

$CYBL So, what was ORCA posting about? ORCA was saying that he saw the evidence entered by Cyberlux get registered at the court. And to anyone with a brain, that was checkmate, the case is destroyed. Obviously Cyberlux is allowed to represent themselves if they entered evidence, eh?

$CYBL great news. Now you can buy a million shares for around $600. Bad news. You're still going to lose money

$CYBL the stock has traded 7.6 million shares. Sounds like a lot but that's under $5,000 in value

$CYBL haven't followed the stock in a long time. Guess Mark is going into hiding. I miss the days of cybl hats on empty airplane seats. Mark standing in a field supposedly in Ukraine holding a flimsy drone. My favorite was the time he stated that he had just flown into Ukraine at night with military escort to deliver his Pentagon approved drones

$CYBL Over 110 mill dumped. Going bankrupt. If you are long you are wasting time pumping this because as you can so nobody is buying it. I dumped a while back and took my losses. Never want anything to do with this company or those associated with it.
