$CTSO Don’t see any real catalysts to drive this share price higher prior to the November earnings call. However, if they start tapping the ATM, it’ll likely start driving the share price down.

$CTSO A biomed company could grab their entire portfolio of R&D, and products for a song.

$CTSO Other than a change in leadership or an announced buyout, is there anything that you believe the Company can do to stop the downward drift in the share price? An improvement in earnings could help but such an announcement, if it happens at all, is over a month away.

$CTSO R/S-ing into oblivion. FDA is moribund, and therefore will Kafkaesque-sleepwalk through a fog of its own making while company attempts to claw its way out of a misplaced bet on German medical reticence. This, and general EU confounders will yield a company in R&D, marketing, and revenue stasis that will persist into next offering and subsequent R/S.

$CTSO ATM won't cut it; the first shoe has dropped; the second shoe is a financing, CEO has actually said as much. Once that's completed, this will look interesting.
