$CREX IR Update: I contacted Investor Relations after the company’s 30-day window for announcing two 1,000+ location customer wins had passed. IR confirmed that management stands by its previous comments and still expects both deals to proceed. The delay is related to customer documentation and press release approval processes, not a change in the underlying business. They also said they remain confident the new business will be finalized and hope to provide details soon. Very positive clarification, in my view.

$CREX Kroger has its own RMN (Kroger Precision Marketing), across 2800 locations. Pacvue is the current ad management software that integrates/drives the RMN. CRI's AdLogic CPM+ is explicitly designed to eliminate the need for external DSPs/SSPs (I.e., Pacvue). All those 3rd party transaction fees could be eliminated. In other words, CRI wants to give retailers direct demand-side access so they don't have to route ad sales through intermediaries like Pacvue. It would be epic for CRI to land a logo like Kroger. Kroger’s capex covers the hardware. CRI integrates AdLogic CPM+ and reaps the software revenue. Good things are coming!

$CREX ...next 2 years..rick gave a good game plan for the next 24 months..and i think (give he did do the big acq in 2025 like he said he would)...but 2 acquisitons (probalby 2027)...so we start base revenue 2027 ..$120MM...ADD 2 acquistions...$50MM sales..and then dan mcalister..producing multiple logos in 2027 and 2028...gets us to $200MM in sales...25% ebitda margin...$50MM ebitda...stock would be between $10-$20 in this scenario...but given stratacache troubles...we are in prime position to transfer companiesto our platform for RMN revenue + saas revenue...im pretty excited about Q3 and Q4 + 2027 + 2028..i really think this biz gets cranked up Q3 coming up

$CREX i checked out the bowling center IPTV network there is only 1000 out of 5000 possible participants; you would think that if the initial install on the 1000 centers delivers like a huge proof of concept others of the 4000 would jump in I would think. the potential is their for incremental revenue over the next several years

$CREX I find it interesting that Stratacache hasn't posted anything on Linkedin in 7 months.....

$CREX CEO Chris Riegel called the Albertsons deal "a substantial new win" when it was announced in June 2025. It was explicitly highlighted as one of the flagship relationships Stratacache was retaining as part of its "core business" strategy after divesting PRN, Scala, and real estate. The situation has taken a significant turn. CRI (Creative Realities) is actively taking over the Albertsons retail media network from Stratacache, as disclosed on CRI's Q2 2026 investor call in August. CRI is migrating 3,000 in-store screens across Albertsons locations to its own CMS platform. Phase one — 1,000 stores — was targeted for completion by end of September 2026. CRI is using custom migration scripts to remotely convert the existing Stratacache hardware, avoiding costly on-site replacements — meaning Stratacache likely retains the hardware revenue but loses the ongoing software/platform and managed-services revenue.

$CREX I am short term bearish on CREX, but I believe long term we should be bullish. Anyone have any thoughts on whether the 3rd quarter will be net positive or negative for CREX stock? We need a major announcement of new customers to get this stock moving in a positive direction.
