$CRESY the Agriculture side of the biz gets a lot of attention but I see real value in their land valuations. Especially their ag land.

The 211B peso (IRSA) and 117B peso (CRESY) converted to USD on a per ADS share basis are, respectively, $1.65 and $0.91. IRSA is 55% owned by CRESY such that a total payout to CRESY shareholders is $1.82, which may come from cash and IRSA shares - a 14% payout ratio.

$CRESY And here is the CRESY dividend proposal: "CRESY (Cresud), the parent company of IRSA, also just announced a major dividend proposal. ​In a regulatory filing on September 17, 2026, Cresud proposed a dividend distribution of up to 116 billion Argentine pesos (ARS), which can be paid in cash and/or in-kind. ​Just like IRSA, this proposal is tied to the company's fiscal year 2026 results (which ended June 30, 2026) and will be officially voted on by shareholders at their upcoming virtual meeting scheduled for October 22, 2026."
