Remember, when they went to Bangkok back in June at the invitation of the WHO, the point of the event was to demonstrate our technology to the Secretary of HHS-equivalents for various emerging world nations. The WHO was prepared to help Public Health governmental leaders at the event submit grant funding proposals to the WHO for purchasing these devices to expand diagnostics availability and pathogen-tracking in the corners of the world where it has yet to take hold (ie. India, SE Asia, Subsarahan Africa,etc.) Better days ahead in Q4 and they're on the verge of commercializing!

$CODX Announcement coming soon regarding update/unveiling of the new CoMira facility. It will coincide with the one year anniversary and the upcoming biotech conference in Dubai. As similar to other announcements, it will likely be the precursor to the dilution event. Be on the lookout. Additionally, expecting an after hours SEC filing detailing the shareholder meeting. It doesn’t appear the company has met quorum, again, which would be an unprecedented third time failure. Although if measures were passed, and reduced quorum amendment accepted by shareholders, the reverse split and dilution special meeting will come quickly. But since it hasn’t been announced yet, I’m leaning towards another lack of quorum filing. Keep an eye on this over the coming weeks. $CODX this partnering to do blood based detection is a joke. All the crap in blood is notoriously bad for a good PCR reaction. ReadyGo can get DNA out of a sample. CODX can do PCR on DNA. Sounds like a match made in heaven. But from what I have read, neither of these companies has the tech to clean up a blood based DNA sample well enough to get PCR to actually work on the result.

For our much loved Codx $$ and time are running out = dilution event is coming, you can’t research or manufacture without both time and $$. Of course there is the miracle (this is Codx after all) a major grant or acquisition. $CODX Wanted to share a comment from the WSJ article, "Ebola Patient Boarded Commerical Flight, Died Shortly After Arrival" -- "The man submitted to standard airport health screening in Nairobi, and passed through immigration formalities, officials said. Officials also said they suspect medication he was taking induced a false result, allowing his entry into the country." Implies that the diagnostic tool being used for screening has a blindspot. Wonder if it was an antigen or antibody rapid test being used instead of PCR? Either way, a piece of news that reinforces the imperative need for accurate Ebola PCR diagnostics at a time when CoDx is nearing a final design for their test. WHO prequalification of PCR PRO coming soon? Continued push to develop an ebola assay implies somebody is on the other end of the line motivating them to travel in this direction. PCR PRO install base is what matters most as over time a wide menu of tests will become available!
