$CLDX Someone wanted this for less and acted in a big way when the price was depressed, buying a ton of calls (and likely selling calls too)--Bull Call Spread. Nice bump today. Things could happen any day now as we are in Mid-Sept.

$CLDX I think institutional trades were just manipulating the stock to convince retailers to panick sell. This eventually will go up short and long term. I’ve seen planty of these cases

$CLDX Large bullish options flow included Nov 2026 45/65 bull call spreads (multi-million dollar debit), signaling institutional confidence. Phase 3 barzolvolimab CSU topline data (EMBARQ-CSU) expected Sept/Oct 2026 after early full enrollment of 1,939 patients; BLA planned for 2027. Positive momentum builds from Sept 10 Cantor Healthcare Conference presentation and transcript highlighting mast cell targeting pipeline and commercial prep. Morgan Stanley maintained Overweight with $50 PT (recent raise); consensus Moderate Buy/Strong Buy with ~$56-59 avg target.

Guggenheim highlighted Celldex Therapeutics as a leading biotech stock following positive clinical-trial results, focusing on recently released data and their potential commercial implications. Celldex reported preliminary positive results from two Phase III studies of barzolvolimab in chronic spontaneous urticaria, including patients refractory to antihistamines and Xolair. Both doses in both studies produced complete UAS7=0 responses, approaching Guggenheim’s most optimistic scenario for the program. The firm noted that there were two Grade 4 anaphylaxis cases with the drug versus three with placebo among 2,400 patients, or 0.08% for the treatment arm. However, Celldex recently discontinued its Phase II barzolvolimab program in prurigo nodularis after the study failed to meet its primary and key secondary endpoints. Following the clinical updates, Morgan Stanley raised its price target on the stock, while Canaccord lowered its target. $CLDX

$CLDX All these raised targets--this is truly a stock that retail does not give a S about--I think the targets are more or less the drug being approved and seeing first year sales. Meanwhile investors have to deal with AD which will most likely fail--so we can all move on and know that CSU and CINDU are the main conditions that are mast cell related and PN and AD are not. I think it is possible this company gets bought out in the next 6 months after BLA submission--but who knows. They are definitely going to be profitable and finally have a HIT drug.

$CLDX I listened to the entire call--this drug is very good and works and will change lives. Unclear when in 2027 they will submit the BLA Application, sounds like they are getting everything in order and seem focused on presenting 24 month data at a conference in Feb. If they get priority review the drug could be on the market late 2027 I would guess.

$CLDX Celldex Therapeutics shares are under heavy pressure as traders focus on fresh safety worries tied to its lead drug, barzolvolimab. While the Phase 3 trial in chronic spontaneous urticaria hit its main goals, reports of two life-threatening anaphylaxis cases, a long regulatory path stretching into 2027, and a classic “sell the news” reaction have combined to overshadow the efficacy win and weigh on the stock. The setback comes even as the strong Phase 3 data reinforce the drug’s potential and underscore the value of Celldex’s antibody-focused pipeline, which could support the company’s long-term prospects if it successfully navigates regulators and competition.

$CLDX down nearly 8% and somehow sitting on the most-bullish board at the same time , Leerink kept an Outperform/$88 target today, so apparently the bulls are treating the drop as opportunity rather than disaster.

$CLDX Celldex now has two clean Phase 3 wins in a disease where existing treatments leave a lot of patients still miserable, and it has the balance sheet to carry barzolvolimab toward a planned 2027 filing. What's left open is the distance between today's data and an actual launch, given that dosing runs another 52 weeks and the FDA still has to weigh in. - Look weekly chart: 50SMA at 31 is a strong support

Celldex Therapeutics shares fell sharply after an intraday “sell-the-news” reversal following Phase 3 results for barzolvolimab, its investigational treatment for chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU). The stock initially surged before reversing lower as investors assessed the efficacy data against elevated expectations. The Phase 3 EMBARQ-CSU1 and CSU2 trials, involving 1,939 patients across more than 500 sites in 43 countries, met the primary endpoint and all key secondary endpoints, with efficacy maintained or strengthened through week 24. However, the placebo-adjusted improvement of about 10 points on the UAS7 scale was below the roughly 13-point improvement seen in Phase 2, disappointing investors who had positioned ahead of the results. Stifel reiterated a Buy rating and $68 price target, while H.C. Wainwright raised its target to $64 from $42, with both firms maintaining constructive views on barzolvolimab’s path toward a planned FDA BLA submission in 2027. $CLDX

$CLDX Not gonna bother here. Data is fine but bigger chance of adverse effects than current approved treatments. Classic sell the news event.

$CLDX Bearish — "positive topline" that prints a -11.6% candle is the market telling you the data was pre-paid for at all-time-high prices. First-place expectations priced in a coronation; second-place reality got a liquidation.
