$CIRC This is not Atlantic International anymore. This is going to be a juggernaut in the global staffing and IT space. I think the MM should give this company proper respect for what they are in the middle of doing. The debt is spoken about a lot what is the debt is it all bad debt? How is it structured? Is there a plan to reduce it significantly with the dramatic increase in revenue being undertaken? Remember at least $33M has been eliminated from the debt in August. 3Q earnings will give us a better understanding as to where the company is going with it, and how it is going to be addressed.

$CIRC This is a multi national staffing company that just reviewed two contracts one for 316m the other for 463m Trailing net income is -150m. Rev up 80% though.

$CIRC true that it's contract after contact and if the companies revenue was so good, why is their stock price in the dirt. Something doesn't add up.

$CIRC What is all comes down to is that Mr. Market doesn't beleive that mgmt can acquire SThree without a dilution. Digging into the B/S over the past few days, it's made of swiss cheese.....can't blame Mr. Market for the pessimism. That said, if mgmt can show an ability to raise non-dilutive capital before 10/21........that would go a LONG way to re-rating the stock to something closer to $1 (imo). That's not likely bc that access to capital is very likely tied to the acquisition itself. There's a clear opportunity for upside here, but also a very clear opportunity to become bagholders going into tax loss selling season. No position at this time, just monitoring and trying to learn more about its financial condition and business.

$CIRC lots of people live on hopium that they will acquire new company. With what cash ? They barely can pay bills to survive and need t restructure every creditor that comes due. In the deal of this size you need to have some skin in the game - say 50–100 mil to finance the rest. This is less than 50 mil cap company lol … dream bi they say but don’t be delusional :)
