$CHUC I just called a sales rep I know at the Company. He told me that, for each of the last several years, California has represented less than 5% of total CHUC sales. The company's sales are now heavily weighted toward the southeastern US. He also told me that management has pivoted drastically in the last six months -- away from a focus on day-to-day nicotine sales -- and TOWARD regulatory priorities (PMTA amendments, age-gating, FDA's "green list," etc.). The Company believes that its PMTAs, perhaps as boosted by amendments or continued victories in the courts, is what will result in the upside/exit that $CHUC shareholders expect.

$CHUC this is HUGE. The VTA which is the largest and best funded advocacy group for vapor products in the US is paying for ads to STOP illicit Chinese vapes... only if there was an AMERICAN company, with 600+ PMTAs that you could get behind, if only...

$CHUC what do you think are the odds that Charlie's holding , ticker CHUC are successful in either selling the company outright or a licensing deal or a sale of their PMTAs . Evaluating the probability of an outright acquisition, a licensing deal, or PMTA asset sales for Charlie’s Holdings (ticker: CHUC) requires looking at their current financial reality, regulatory position, and corporate moves. Likelihood of Strategic Outcomes Partial PMTA Asset Sales / Strategic Licensing: High (70–80%) Track Record: CHUC has already proven this model works by selling 16 of its 694 PMTA applications to a major tobacco company for $7.5 million in upfront cash plus up to $4.2 million in contingent milestone payments. Dedicated Leadership: In September 2026, co-founder Ryan Stump transitioned specifically to lead strategic partnership initiatives focused on monetizing their remaining ~678 PMTA filings.

$CHUC We all know that the market cannot trade the value of CHUC! If we were at 5 dollars and had the same volume, we would fluctuate between 4-5 dollars. A small sale of just 50 shares is supposed to determine the value of over 280 million shares? Therefore, it makes sense. No volume, no real market price. A specific PR could give us volume and show us the real value of CHUC, but like this, we won’t get a real company value. So CHUC has 2 main ways: massive value increase through the stock price! Or way 2: monetize the company and the valuable PMTAs, which would result in a one-time payout for every shareholder later, independent of the stock price. Let’s say the stock price is 0.10 cents. The company sells or licenses PMTAs worth 2 billion USD, every share would receive a dividend of about 6-7 dollars. Now understand? Why CHUC offers more chances than any other stock?

$CHUC CHUC’s pullback doesn’t necessarily mean the story is broken. Investors are waiting for execution: FDA progress, commercial traction, and a potential tobacco-industry partnership. Until a deal is announced, uncertainty will create volatility. The opportunity is real, but so is the risk. The next meaningful catalyst could change the narrative quickly. Watch the developments, not just the daily price action. 🤠

$CHUC Comments pointing to Charlie’s Holdings ($CHUC) on broad regulatory articles effectively highlight the microcap’s extensive portfolio of active PMTA applications and readiness with AI-powered, age-gated technology. Strategically positioning these details in mainstream discussions helps direct retail investor traffic and signal the potential valuation asymmetry tied to accelerated FDA review timelines. $CHUC The regulatory landscape is looking good for CHUC. Bull case: - FDA's new framework gives 30 PACHA products lower enforcement priority - Glas age-gated fruit flavor authorization validates the pathway CHUC is pursuing - 200 of 678 PMTAs in active FDA review, no MDOs. ALL MDO products have Fifth Circuit stays - RJ Reynolds/Vuse publicly advertising fruit flavors as 'Coming Soon' despite existing MDOs. Henry calls this 'materially changing the strategic calculus for Charlie's potential strategic partners' - Finished age-gated PACHA products ready. Retailer purchase commitments secured. Waiting only for final app testing - Ryan dedicated full-time to Big T. partnerships. PMTA’s sold for ~$11.7M for 16 SKUs ($731K per PMTA) Bear case: - Enforcement is not = FDA authorization - Pilot, partnerships, and PMTA approvals are not guaranteed - Cash is tight. Dilution possible My view: The PACHA pilot launch, partnership, and FDA authorizations are catalysts to watch. $BTI $MO $PM

$CHUC remember this from latest share holder letter. The pivot had begun; “We have shifted our priorities from sales of our PACHAMAMA and SBX product lines to a laser focus on our test pilot of PACHA age-gated flavored disposables. While cash is tight, management is actively managing liquidity through this strategic pivot. Over the last 30 days we have received tens of thousands of finished age-gated PACHA products in our warehouse. We have secured test-market purchase commitments from one of the leading US vapor products retailers. As soon as IKE’s software developers complete their final tests of the consumer app, we will begin shipping the age-gated PACHA product to stores”

$CHUC Something to consider...yes the AG launch was delayed but.. (according to Gemini) The delay turned out to be a major strategic win for CHUC for three main reasons: The FDA Proved the Concept First: FDA authorizations for Glas and JUUL2 in mid-2026 officially established hardware age-gating as the required pathway for flavored products. Maintained First-Mover Status: While Glas and JUUL2 are pod systems, CHUC remains positioned as the first disposable, flavored vape with age-gating on retail shelves. Easiest Retail Adoption: With federal precedent set, distributors and retailers now view age-gating as vital compliance infrastructure rather than an unproven gimmick. By letting competitors bear the initial burden of proving age-gating to regulators, CHUC enters the high-volume disposable market with a validated, lower-risk product.

$CHUC Worth reading - Washington Examiner op-ed explicitly names CHUC. Congress gave FDA 180 days to complete PMTA reviews. FDA took 615 days. While compliant companies like CHUC waited, illicit vapes flooded stores nationwide. The article names this directly: 'companies seeking the legal route ($CHUC) were stuck in limbo.' The APPH standard explained clearly: FDA authorization requires showing a product is 'appropriate for the protection of the public health' a cost-benefit analysis weighing adult smoker benefits against youth access risk. That's the exact standard CHUC's 678 PMTAs must satisfy. And it's the standard the FDA just applied when authorizing Glas's age-gated fruit flavors. The tides are changing. CHUC has 200 PMTAs in active review, 30 on the FDA enforcement discretion list, and finished age-gated PACHA products waiting to ship. The regulatory delay that hurt CHUC for years is now the regulatory validation that makes CHUC uniquely positioned. $BTI $MO $PM

$CHUC at this point, you shouldn’t be looking at the price at all. Management has told you they are in the selling mood. They have told you potential value. If management can pull it off, this will be four dollars or higher, in my opinion. Without a reverse split. So if anything, this is a buying opportunity for those of us having any money left.

$CHUC WSJ: FDA expected to announce in coming days it will revisit the 2021 PMTA rule, simplifying scientific study requirements and speeding review times. Why this matters: the 2021 rule is the framework used to deny CHUC's PMTAs. The comparative-efficacy requirement the Fifth Circuit ruled was unlawfully applied in NicQuid? That came from this rule. Revisiting it doesn't just lower the bar going forward, it potentially unlocks 678 timely-filed PMTAs already in the queue. Henry's words: 'The unwieldy PMTA review process has punished hundreds of small American businesses. Meanwhile billions in illicit Chinese product flooded American streets.' 6 years. 678 PMTAs. Products in the warehouse waiting to ship. Honest risk: plans could still change. Litigation certain. Cash clock still running. But if this happens as reported, the regulatory wall blocking CHUC for 6 years doesn't just crack. It comes down. Heidi Overton's FDA confirmation hearing, slightly positive for CHUC. $BTI $MO $PM

$CHUC wish i was a fly on the wall with ryan stump . would love to know how his talks with big tobacco companies and especially Altria are going .

$CHUC could have some serious upside if management lands a major Big Tobacco partnership. The company has 678 PMTA assets remaining, and management has specifically said it is pursuing strategic transactions with leading global tobacco companies. If CHUC lands a meaningful deal, $1–$2 could become realistic. If it gets major FDA progress plus a transformational tobacco partnership, $3–$5+ isn’t impossible. The big catalyst now: Who is CHUC talking to, and what will they pay for the PMTA portfolio? Still speculative, but definitely one to watch. Are the price targets too conservative? 🤠

$CHUC 4. Disruption of the Closed-Pod Monopoly Big Tobacco relies on a "razor and blade" business model—selling cheap, proprietary pod devices and locking consumers into buying their expensive, branded replacement cartridges. • The Big Tobacco Disadvantage: The streamlined FDA rules make it easier for independent vape shops and open-system products to thrive legally. • The CHUC Advantage: CHUC is deeply rooted in the open-system marketplace (e-liquids used in refillable devices) and modern disposables. A more permissive FDA environment revitalizes the independent distribution networks where CHUC has its strongest wholesale relationships, diluting Big Tobacco's control over convenience store shelf space.

$CHUC <5% of FY 2025 sales? Does that take into account the massive bulk order from the Chicago trade show at the McCormick Place?

$CHUC 3. Monetising a Pre-Existing Flavor Portfolio Adult vape consumers overwhelmingly prefer fruit, mint, and dessert flavors over traditional tobacco flavors. • The Big Tobacco Disadvantage: Big Tobacco largely abandoned flavored vapes years ago to avoid regulatory crosshairs, focusing almost entirely on tobacco and menthol profiles. Rebuilding flavor formulations, testing them, and filing new PMTAs from scratch will take them significant time. • The CHUC Advantage: CHUC's entire brand equity is built on premium flavor profiles (like its award-winning Pacha Mama line). Because CHUC kept its flavor PMTAs active and pending in the backlog, the FDA's enforcement holiday on pending products means CHUC can immediately monetize its existing flavor catalog legally, while Big Tobacco remains stuck selling basic tobacco-flavored options.
