$AAME  Why is this so low? Looks like less than half of book with a p/e of 6. Is the delisting issue the only problem with this? If that happend you would just double your money essentially as i see it. What am i missing?

$AAME This one is definitely interesting, but I'm watching from the sidelines now.  I think there will be a major sell-off if they don't get their filings in by next week and I could see them changing their auditor if that happens which could delay this one significantly.  Best case scenario here is that they get their filing submitted and things aren't significantly different from what their last filing showed almost a year ago.  I think this one is either going to end up on the OTC expert market and be worth a fraction of what it is today or they will get their filings submitted in the final hours and probably jump 100+%. My gut tells me that it is going to end up on the expert market but I hope I'm wrong!
