Software is bouncing hard today. Is this the start of a sustained recovery or just a dead cat bounce before we retest the lows?

PLTR is becoming the operating system of AI + defense — not a stock, a backbone 🧠 From “overvalued” → to “not yet priced as critical infrastructure” 🔥 Hypergrowth + 127% Rule of 40 + real enterprise adoption NOW 💰 If I had $1M: I buy the re-rating before Wall Street calls it obvious 🌍 The shift already happened — the market just hasn’t caught up yet 🚨 The biggest risk isn’t downside… it’s missing the move

definite obvious bullish strength showing everywhere in the market, with obvious resilience and showing risk on environment regardless of current macros

I would NOT be long $SAAS. I wouldn't even trade them long. Opensource Tools like OpenClaw and MetaClaw allow truely dumb people to control agents in a very useful way. The state of autonomous coding even on cheap models like MiniMax 2.7, GLM 5.1, QWEN 3.6 or local models like Gemma 4 31b make it almost free to develop software that can compete with the best $SAAS companies. I expected a bounce in $SAAS but most just aren't going to make it. hard to say when ARR will drop but it. if you held symbol logo$CRM from the end of 2019 before covid you would still be down. symbol logo$CRM is one of the few I think might make it because their CEO is crazy and his replacement might be good. Still wouldn't invest (gamble) in symbol logo$CRM

It should come back strong. Unfortunately, this feels a lot like the .com bubble all over again. AI will continue attracting heavy investment, but I expect a significant pullback at some point. The more durable value is likely in the combination of hardware advancements and the software that runs on top of them. symbol logo$MSFT, symbol logo$ORCL, symbol logo$GDDY , etc. will catch up. MS already in development of a quantum chip. Hopefully symbol logo$MSFT They could come back with a gaming console that includes local AI capabilities and even a quantum chip. They were also one of the first major players to really showcase GPU-driven gaming with the original Xbox.
