Global bond yields are hitting multiyear highs - including Japan, Germany, the UK, and the U.S. - as debt levels balloon and oil prices spike. Do you see a financial crisis coming?

Global bond yields are surging to multiyear highs across major economies, with Japan's 10-year yield near 30-year highs above 3%, Germany's 10-year yield at its highest since 2011, UK gilt yields at a post-2008 peak, and the U.S. 30-year Treasury yield near a two-decade high around 5.3%, as heavy government debt issuance and an oil-price shock from the U.S.-Iran conflict fuel fears that expensive borrowing is here to stay. Do you see a financial crisis coming? Vote and explain your reasoning in the comments.

Absolutely, especially if the US raises interest rates. High debt, a massive US deficit, and a loss of confidence... and credibility. If Trump doesn't change the rules of his game... expect the worst on a global level.

The U.S. HAS to raise now to prevent capital flight. Especially because of Japan. Also the rising Japanese bond yields have some scary implications for the yen carry trade.

good ole market manipulation by trump and buddies ..Mr Global..American energy experts says: Trump and his rich buddies have been intervening in the Global Oil and Gas Commodities during a war. They would short the market for 100’s of millions of Dollars ..Then tell us a lie that the war was over..Then make 100’s of millions of dollars. He kept Artificially Lowering the price of the commodities that needed to get higher..( About 20 Times) That allow demand to stay really strong while inventories shrunk. It’s better for those prices to spike and spike quickly while inventories are still high. That creates destruction of demand, (Demand Destruction) Once that occurs, prices will fall like a rock because the inventories are still really healthy. It’s allowing the demand side of the equation to fix the market. But instead they saw an opportunity to make Billions...he doesn’t care about America just himself

I wouldn’t call it a crisis yet though. When they start lowering rates, that’s when we are in a crisis.

Stock Markets will rally even on Fed announcing short rate hike cycle.

we've firmly been in the grasp of a crisis... we've just truly believed we could print our way out of this one...
